The hotels were confirmed earlier than the general timeframe for your group, and we notified you once they were secured. Additionally, you have access to your trip confirmation page at any time, where you can view your flight details, tickets, hotel information, itinerary, and more. Flight Delay and Ticket Issue: We’re sorry your flight delay caused you to miss your connection. While the scheduled layover time met the legal minimum for international connections, we understand that it can be insufficient when delays occur. We received a notification from the airline that you were marked as a "no-show," and your remaining flights were automatically canceled in accordance with their policy. As soon as we were made aware, we notified you right away. During that time, we were also in communication with the airline to explain the situation and request reinstatement of your return flights. We’re glad to hear that Turkish Airlines ultimately resolved the issue and reinstated your tickets, and we appreciate your efforts in resolving the matter directly at the airport. 2. Arrival and Hotel Experience: Our local partner arranged your airport pickup and expedited your check-in at the Hilton Ramses to minimize waiting after your long journey. We're sorry the hotel did not meet your expectations, despite being an upgraded room category. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our services. 3. Cairo Itinerary (Days 3 & 4): The Cairo sightseeing program followed the scheduled itinerary, which included the Grand Egyptian Museum in the morning and an optional half-day Pyramids tour. We’re sorry to hear that the day felt lengthy and exhausting. Our local partner reported that the full itinerary was explained upon arrival and agreed upon by the group. That said, we understand how the heat, pace, and duration of the day may have been tiring. Your comments have been noted and will help us better communicate expectations in the future. 4. Water and Comfort During the Tour: According to our partner, one complimentary bottle of water per day was provided on the tour bus, with additional bottles available upon request. We recognize that in Egypt’s climate, more frequent hydration is essential, and we will improve how we communicate water availability to guests. 5. Departure Transfer: We would like to clarify that your official airport transfer was completed by our local partner. A staff member personally accompanied you, and a stop at the pharmacy was made at your request. Please note that transfers are not included on free days, and any transport arranged independently on those days would not be part of the official program. 6. Nile Cruise and Inclusions: We’re happy to hear that the Nile cruise was a highlight of your trip. As outlined in the program, beverages are not included in the standard cruise package and are charged separately — a common policy on most cruises and in hotels worldwide. 7. Tipping Expectations: Tipping is a customary part of travel in Egypt. We understand it may feel excessive to travelers unfamiliar with local norms. Our tipping guidelines were provided in advance and kept within standard ranges: $5 per day for guides, $3 per day for drivers, and $15 per person for the 4-night cruise staff. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to ensure guests are well-informed about these customs before travel. We are truly sorry the tour did not meet your expectations.
