Hi Judith, We're so glad you enjoyed the tour and found the guides helpful! Great advice on planning your free time in advance!
Hey Imani, We're thrilled your Bangkok honeymoon was perfect! Wishing you a lifetime of love and adventures—hope to see you again soon!
Hey Cliona, We're glad you enjoyed the pace and flexibility of the Japan tour. Hope to see you again soon!
Hey Michael, Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad you had an amazing time in Japan and that everything exceeded your expectations. We can’t wait to see you again!
Hey Naomi, We're so glad you enjoyed the experience and appreciated the thoughtful planning and our dedicated guide!
Hi Samuel, We're thrilled you had a memorable trip and enjoyed the extra stops, great food, and seamless transfers! The elephant experience truly is special—we're glad you loved it!
Hey Emily, Thank you for your glowing review! We're so happy to hear your trip went smoothly and that you enjoyed the perfect balance of planned activities and free time. It’s great to know our team could step in when plans changed—we’re always here to make travel stress-free. We cannot wait to see you again!
Hey Therese, So glad you had a great and a seamless trip! We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Hi Warren, We're glad you enjoyed the coordination, pick-ups, and communication. Hope to see you again soon!
Hey Aura, We're so glad you enjoyed your trip and loved your time with Bagus! We’ll keep your feedback in mind. Until next time—Bali will be waiting!
Hey Lisa, We're glad you enjoyed the guided tour and that the tour guide provided excellent service! We look forward to seeing you on another trip soon!
Hey Rita, We're thrilled you had a great experience in Japan and enjoyed the balance of the tour and your own time in Tokyo! We cannot wait to see you again soon!
Hey Lisa, Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so happy you had an amazing time in Thailand and loved every aspects of it. We'll be sure to pass your kind words to Kitty! We can't wait to see you in other parts of the world!
Dear R J, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you found the trip to be average. We understand how important clear communication and support are, especially during flight-related emergencies. As such, we make it a priority to be transparent and provide detailed transportation information and emergency contact numbers in the "Before You Go" document, so travelers have access to assistance when needed. We're sorry if this was not clear enough. We will use your feedback as we continue to improve our services.
Dear Anne Marie, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that you found the hotel location far from everything. We are surprised as the hotels are close to train stations and the city center. However, we appreciate your feedback and will use it to select accommodations more centrally located in the future. While many of our guests enjoy the included city tours and sightseeing activities, we understand that preferences can vary. We're also sorry to hear that you felt the tours were too focused on shopping. We would greatly appreciate it if you could email us the specific tours you found to be shopping-oriented, as this is not our intention and your input will help us improve. We hope you still enjoyed the destination overall.
Hey Bev, We're so excited you enjoyed the tour, the guides, and the perfect balance of planned and free time! We can’t wait to see you in other parts of the world!
Hi Suzanne, We’re sorry to hear that the location of the Athens hotel wasn’t to your liking. We do our best to select centrally located hotels to make it easier for guests to explore the city using public transportation during their free time. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration when reviewing future hotel options. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed every other aspect of the trip and found the guides and drivers to be amazing! We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Dear Heather, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the trip overall and that our tour guides made a positive impression! We're sorry to hear that some of the tour stops weren't to your liking during both the Thailand and Bali trips. While many of our guests enjoy the included city tours and sightseeing spots, we understand that preferences can vary. To help travelers make the most of their experience, we include a variety of key highlights in each itinerary. We provide a day-to-day itinerary with the schedule upon arrival, but we appreciate your feedback and will work toward sharing more detailed timing and exploring alternate stops in the future. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to see you again!
Hey Ghofran, We're thrilled you had a great experience! We cannot wait see you in other parts of the world soon!
Hey K Lee, We're thrilled to have made your first trip to Thailand unforgettable! So glad you loved every aspect of the journey and that our team provided excellent service. Thank you for choosing us—we can’t wait to see you again!
