To be honest, I used to love this app. I used it everywhere I went and I found that it was super easy and simple to use. I remember the days when you would buy gigs and it would be a hastle and this app solved that problem. My main issue now a days with the app is that you have started to put daily limits on usage. I remember when you used the gigs until you had to buy more and that was it. Putting these daily, weekly, or monthly limits on data packages is unfair to the customer (like me) because it is a bit of a price gouge from you guys. I might not use all the gigs I have and I would be left with having to pay again just to use whats left. You don't allow me to maximize my purchase by implementing this and it becomes frustrating when I am in other countries and need the accessibility. The other issues I have are that installing the Sims offline doesn't work and when you want to test it, you can't be connected to the internet. It's a two way street with dead ends, it doesn't make the setup process easy for the user. Finally the pricing I feel like has gotten way out of hand. It used to be way more affordable to do 10gs and now it has become more expensive to use Airalo than to pay a typical phone bill. The numbers don't add up. If the only convenience you are providing is the ability to keep my domestic number while I am traveling, then you need to be cheaper than the data plans that are currently available in each countries domain. For the US and Europe, it doesn't seem like you are doing that. The positives I see in the app are the unlimited data you implemented (it's useful bust still expensive) and the auto download feature to the eSIM. I have been a user since like 2016 and I have seen the app before it was even a big thing. I'd just like some customer appreciation on your behalf and to value the time usage because for someone like me who is a digital nomad but want to keep the domestic number he has, your app has become quite expensive for me and I can't keep justify the usage as much anymore. I was in northern Europe and had paid 27$ for internet. For 24 hours, support could not get my internet working. We were on a driving trip and could not do without internet. I told them that I was going to find alternate coverage and that I wanted a refund. They said ok. I have used airalo multiple times so was disappointed they could not find a solution. Now I am disappointed I did not get my refund. If I don't get the refund I will never use your service again and will certainly make sure not to recommend your service.

I signed up for airalo eSim for my trip to USA. Unfortunately the experience was very negative. The calls which were included in the package, didn't work at all and connecting to a network had issues for which I had to spend hours with the chat help in order to try to resolve. They never provided a solution for my calls issue though.
