At first it seems I had AI and they were giving me an incorrect # to insert in sim when I ordered it. Once I was transferred to a human agent, he gave me thr instructions. Today i landed and it didn't work and on what'sapp, he was able to help me set it up. Thank you. For the other day, 4 star is because on October 20, it took a long time of working with automated what'sapp until I got someone to give me the proper directions. I like that they respond immediately.

I had the Europe esim as we were travelling to multiple cointries in the Europe region. Overall experience was good however I had a lot of trouble connecting at the beginning of our trip. I found Airalo's help facility very good and prompt. That said, I do not know what I would have done if I did not have the benefit of an alternative WiFi source. I had done all the steps as directed but the esim would not connect. The help desk provided alternative Access Point codes and various other tricks to eventually get connection. Thereafter it worked a treat - even when we travelled into different countries.

Overall, this is a great product! But I do have issues when transitioning from Wifi to cellular where the cellular appears to be working (i.e. 5G with 4 bars, but there’s no service. I have to physically turn off the esim and turn it back on for it to work.
