This place is definitely a scam

This place is definitely a scam! I order a wig from Aligrace that was supposed to be 14 inches but it was 12in and it smells like plastic and its not 100% human. So I email the "support" team about their error and they argued with me the whole time trying to force me keep the hair! I've sent pictures and called them out how it states on their own website that if "the quality it bad they are responsible for the shipping" but the person continues making up different stories to avoid giving me my money (like most scam businesses do) and it exhausting. I wish I would have done more research as there are videos and such about them not be good quality hair. But I have open up a case to get my money back, sadly I had to go that route but this company is fraudulent!!! Plus they force me to delete my review (which no real company would do) in order to refund me which they never did! I suggest hiring a lawyer and contacting your bank for your money back!

Hi, I received my wigs today but the look is not as expected. The quality is nice and the smell is not terrible. But I will be sending them back as all the wigs I order were 12 inch and the look of them do not look natural on me.

Hair is not quality

So Ali Grace erased my review of this hair. When I opened my hair I was immediately dissatisfied. I ordered 2 wigs and they had a smell. This wig the Peruvian loose wave was very course and it sheds really badly. I reached out to customer service to return the hair and they gave me such a hassle stating that it would take to long for the hair to return. They only offered me $20. The hair is shedding so badly. I don't know where these reviews are coming from or maybe they send different wigs to influencers but my wig is not of good quality at all. Buyers beware! They took my review down but we invest to much into these companies for them to post false photos of the actual product.

I ORDER TJIS HAIR LAST NOVEMBER 2020 AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE HAIR. TILL THIS DAY THEY WONT GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND OR A NEW WIG. I PAID ALMOST 200DOLLARS FOR MY WIG AND NOW THE LADY TOLD ME THE ONLY THING WE CAN DO IS REFUNF YOUB35 DOLLARS. I TOLD HER I WONT ACCEPT THAT. AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM. Worst company don’t buy

They use fake pictures and on the website you’ll read that there’s a easy return policy. It’s a hassle. They only want your money and will do everything to avoid sending you a return form. My wig is too small and the hair isn’t like in the pictures. They speak will condensing “dear” etc. I’ve sent them pictures like they’ve asked and they’re trying everything than giving my money back.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Ali Grace Hair. I was looking to switch from my normal hair vendor, which was Luvmehair, because they were pretty expensive. I saw some good reviews for AliGraceHair and after a bit of research I figured I’d give it a shot. I ordered a 16” water wave 150% density lace front wig from them. My order was placed Dec 2 so that I’d have the wig for an event on Dec 23rd. I received an email from the company with a shipping number and thought everything was fine from there on. Two and a half weeks pass and I do not receive my package so I look to check the shipping and my shipping number isn’t even for my package. It was for a package being sent to a whole other country. So I email the company and ask for an update/correct shipping number. They reply back saying the package hasn’t been shipped yet and I was upset but it’s whatever. I requested to cancel the order and have a refund and the next day they reply saying they sent the package out an hour ago. They completely ignored my request to cancel the order and refund my money and sent the wig anyways. Well the package didn’t arrive in time (obviously) and when I returned home and actually received the package, it was poorly packaged. The inside of the bag was a bit moist from the snow and the package seemed to be thrown together in a hurry. The knots didn’t look bleached like the description said it would be and if we count the very frayed ends of the wig then we might just get 16” of hair. Although Luvmehair was expensive, I would much rather pay that money for good customer service and a great wig. Never ordering from Ali Grace Hair again.

Ordered a 1B wig and received a GINGER one

I ordered a dark brown (1B) deep wave wig with brown/blonde highlights. I got a ginger wig with blonde highlights (see image thumbnail for evidence). Still waiting to see if they will accept they are wrong and give me a new wig or a refund

Hair is great everything was good…

Hair is great everything was good besides the one I ordered was out of stock and had to get a different texture. But once I got that figured out it came 4 days earlier than the expected delivery. That was awesome, but it didn’t come with a wig cap. So I had to make my way to get one. But even my BOYFRIEND said the hair feels great

Be careful

I used PayPal to submit my payment as a cautionary measure twice and each time I’m getting a message that states “ Hello dear.this is Ali grace hair.you brought your hair from our store.rember?Your order ******* is a risk of payment. The platform has not passed your order review, .we have refunded for you .if you still want this hair.we can send you the invoice.then you can pay it.we can arrange the shipment for you.ok? Ali Grace hair “ PayPal is one of the safest measures when you’re ordering online, but this site seems not to accept it. I will not be ordering or attempting to order from them again!

Curly Bob Wig

Ordered a 10 inch curly wig and it only comes to my ears. Clearly an 8 inch. Good quality hair otherwise with minimum shedding. Curls are lovely.
