Not being tech savvy imhad to get my granddaughter to set it up. Also couldn’t export telephone book from old to new phone. I had to put all numbers in by hand. Trying to get used to the different apps etc but I should get it in the end.

I had a mixed experience: faulty product, but good customer service. Grade A condition iPhone 6s arrived extremely quickly, but unfortunately only worked when plugged in (charge immediately lost on disconnecting phone). I felt this should have been checked before sending the phone out.
However, Alpha Smartphones staff were helpful when I called them, and did arrange for me to send it back (albeit at my expense) and the problem was rectified, with a functioning phone being sent within a week of my original order. After the slight inconvenience, now very happy with my phone - and at a reasonable price.

This is a review of the ridiculous follow up. It has been well over a month since I ordered and received a phone. However, after several texts asking me to leave them a 5 star review, which I ignored, I have now received an email trying to get me to do the same. No unsubscribe button available. This is a quick shot across the bows. Next steps is to file a GDPR complaint. Please tell your marketing people they are ruining your reputation with marketing that is now illegal under uk legislation.
Can’t fault the company. Ordered the phone late Monday & arrived Wednesday am . Excellent service.

Phone described as "pristine". Arrived, dirty and scratched, has clearly been used without any cover on the phone screen or around the phone. Tried to contact via Game Marketplace, where I bought it from.
