Great look on the band… Had to exchange it out for the same band due to the top fitting too tight over the watch and the buttons. Every time I would move my wrist, it would cause the buttons to depress.

Only issue I have with this case is there are times it doesn't work with a multi dock charger because of its size which is in no fault of the product which is the only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars maybe a 4.8 but overall great product
This was the most complicated app to set up I’ve ever had to use and then once I got it set up and I actually got the selected face that I wanted to use put on my Apple Watch it disappeared after about 4 to 5 hours. It just dropped off. I reinstalled it same thing happened again. I tried calling your customer service could not get a hold of anyone. I tried sending a message and explaining what the problem was never got a response. This is just horrible service and very complicated. When I tried to set up the app so I could transfer the face to my watch the person that I had to listen to a video was from another country and I could hardly understand him. I had to keep listening to the video over and over and over because I couldn’t understand what he was saying.
You people don’t respond to anything your ask and you send me an email warning me to review one of your watch bands for the Apple ultra too, and I never bought one of those to give a review. I ask you months ago after buying four different colors of one of your Apple Watch bands to do a fluorescent or bright green and you never ever responded or got back to me again. You just said you would ask your marketing department or design group. Fluorescent green, or brite green is a very popular color and why in the world you wouldn’t have included that in your collection is beyond me. I have fluorescent orange, yellow and would buy the bright or fluorescent green in a heartbeat. If you offered it but yet here it is now fall and I haven’t heard a word back from you. You people are very poor at customer service and responding and getting back to your customers. It has hurt my image and like for your company.
Great variety of watch bands. I was looking for a little extra protection while working outdoors. I found a fully enclosed top with protection around the dial with a fully enclosed external dial. This is helpful in the dusty sandy environments that I work. All the cases had raised bevels for drop protection. Just what I was looking for.
