Very poor communication and a completely unacceptable delay

I ordered an Apple Watch case on 25 June. It took around three months to arrive, which is completely unacceptable for a simple watch case. The order missed the stated timeframe by a long way, and I had to chase repeatedly to find out what was happening. When I finally got a response, I was told there had been a customs clearance issue and was offered a reship or refund. I chose the reship, but even then the communication remained poor and I had to keep pushing for basic updates and tracking. The delay was bad enough, but the lack of proactive communication made the whole experience worse. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly for an order that is already weeks overdue. The product may be fine, but the fulfilment and customer service were very poor. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about ordering from Amband again.

Great band for my Apple watch

very good quality on the watch band for sure. definitely reminds me of the good ol timex g-shock bands. i feel very comfortable having my Apple watch protected with it. i did find however that the free watch face download that was included was a bit confusing to get and install on my watch. if wasn’t free i don’t think i would have bothered with it.

Don't buy

Don't buy — no product, no response. The confirmation email said I'd be notified once it shipped — that never came. No tracking number, and no reply to two separate emails asking for a status update. Ended up having to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back.

While not your problem to fix

While not your problem to fix, the ability to utilize Clockology to get the face I wanted was practically impossible. I absolutely STILL cannot get it to permanently download. The watchband itself is cool.

F this company!

First of all I did not place the order. I instantly tried to cancel it when I noticed it. I wrote them an email because that’s THE ONLY way of contact. I asked them to cancel & they did not respond for 2 MONTHS!!! Mind you… we didn’t even get the item either in that time frame to try to return it. It shouldn’t have taken that long to be shipped according to the delivery timeframe on their site (it was shipped the same day they wrote me back). By the time they did responded, the item was barely shipped off (2 months later). So then they said they couldn’t cancel because it was now being shipped. How convenient, right? But regardless they don’t even let you cancel your order beforehand anyways, in any situation. There’s no way to do it on the site or by email. They make you receive the item, just to return it & you’re still missing out because you are responsible to pay for shipping back. So the customer loses money either way. When we finally receive the order guess what?? It was too late to return it because it was purchased 2 months ago, out of the 30 day window! So I asked for a refund since I couldn’t return a product I did NOT authorize in the first place. They denied. They only offered to give me another band of my choice for free AFTER I told them I would expose them on social media for their terrible customer service. Why would I want something (another watch band) I didn’t even order in the first place anyway?? And by a company that is pure sh*t when it comes to customer service! I would not trust this company!! I let my 10k follows know not to purchase from them either! I’ll keep spreading the word.

I’m outside most days

I’m out on our property most every day. It’s partially wooded and I work at keeping it cleaned up. I wanted something to protect my watch while I was wearing it. The case/band is exactly what I needed. It fit like a glove and the watch features are fully functional while being comfortable and protective. It comes in many colors and I may purchase another color, just to have options. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is active and wants great protection for their watch!
