商家自述
Amband provided the coolest Apple Watch case over the world. We started as a simple idea -- to protect your Apple Watch from being damaged -- has now turned into the ultimate apple watch case and band maker for everyone with self-expression at our core from the start. More Fashionable, More Stylish.

评价综述
AI 生成Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally appreciate the great design, durability, and comfortable fit of the watch bands. Many buyers find that these accessories protect their devices exceptionally well while maintaining full functionality and aesthetic appeal across various daily activities. However, some people mentioned that delivery times were excessively long, frequently taking several weeks or even months to arrive. Furthermore, a few customers noted a frustrating lack of proactive shipping updates and unresponsive customer service when chasing delayed packages. A small number of reviewers also reported receiving damaged items or experiencing unexpected issues with certain orders.

Exactly what I wanted
It's a good product, and came exactly as it said it would. Makes my Apple Watch look not so "apple-watch-y". Very happy with the purchase. I'm a month in of wearing it exclusively, and it looks just the same as the day I bought it

The clock app do not keep face on my watch. I decided to use the Apple Watch faces from watch app.
Strap quality and finishing were great
Strap quality and finishing were great. Only disappointed that customer service did not managed to reply me when I asked about the Casio face that shown on their website and photo ( for the stainless steel bracelet). I bought the bracelet partly due to the Casio face they shown

Bad customer support attitude - "Buy 2 get 1 free "
I placed my order for two 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band order #25375 on 5/7/2023 at 1:28 PM, and just twenty minutes later at 1:48 PM I sent to Amband Support an email explaining that I saw on Amband site the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" promotion, but only after I had already placed my order, and in according to that promotion, I asked Amband to add to my order 1 more free 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band in Army green. Since Amband Support did not respond to my email, I sent another email on the same day at 7:21 PM reminding again Amband to add to my order 1 more free 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band in Army green according to the promotion, or to cancel my order. I did not receive any response from Amband to my second e-mail either, but two days latter on on 5/9/2023 Amband sent me the email info that my order of two 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band was sent. Than the same day I sent third email reminding Amband to send one more Case with Band according to their "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" promotion, but got no response to this as well as to my fourth reminding email of 5/14/2023. Finally on 5/17/2023 only two Bands with Case arrived, and than I wrote the fifth email to Amband Support as well as to Sales asking to help to resolve the problem, i.e. to sent me 1 more free 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band in Army green, but again I got no reply. I must say that received Bands with Case are of good quality but I am very disappointed with Amband attitude to me as a customer which I consider is not in accordance with fair business practices.

I ordered a watchband which I never received, something went wrong with the parcel, mistakes happens which is fine. I reached out by e-mail but they never responded. I tried the chat and I got a respond and I was promised they would resend my order and I would receive a new order number by mail which I never received. Again I send a e-mail and you guessed it right, no response. It’s getting frustrating now. After 5 weeks I still don’t know anything.
Easy to Install and looks great!
Unlike some other brands, the Amband Apple Watch Ultra band was very easy to install on the watch. Once on, there were no other adjustments to be made. All the buttons and crown worked as they should. I was very impressed how easy it was to apply the screen protector. I usually have a lot of trouble with these but it took seconds to put it on correctly. I would definitely recommend this watch band to anyone who wants to upgrade the look of their band and watch.
