Corporate account applications often require additional review due to ownership structures, compliance requirements, and documentation. In this case, the original application decision was communicated the same business day, and your subsequent follow-up inquiries were responded to in a timely manner. While we understand you may disagree with the business decision, the application review and communication process occurred within normal timeframes.
