rejecting applications out of nowhere as if its a job application.. atleast write the reason even the live support isnt answering my question and leaves me hanging just waiting for my answer amp im not using your platform but please improve your reasonings and chat support at least

As a U.S.-regulated brokerage, every application is reviewed in accordance with our compliance and risk management requirements, and unfortunately we are not able to approve every application or provide additional details in every case. I had an extremely disappointing experience with AMP Global Clearing. My application was rejected without any meaningful explanation. I was simply told that they had decided not to proceed with a business relationship and that I should not apply again because any future applications would automatically be declined. As a potential client willing to deposit and trade with my own money, I expected transparency and professional communication. Instead, I received a generic response with no specific reason for the decision. It leaves the impression that customers can be permanently rejected without understanding why or having any opportunity to address a concern. Before this experience, I was planning to recommend AMP to friends who were also interested in futures trading. After the way I was treated, I cannot recommend this broker and will instead suggest that they look elsewhere. I believe every company has the right to choose its clients, but customers also deserve clear communication and respect.

Wanted to leave a review after 5 months of using Amp Futures. I can only speak for my own experience, so far 10 out of 10. Withdraws "most" same day if taken out early enough, and some the next day which is no biggie. Small commissions compared to where was trading in the past & So far on MT5 almost no problems at all. After 10+ years of trading forex & switching over to futures i would say the experience so far is outstanding. looking forward to many more years of trading here.

Just horrible to deal with. Zero communication, zero interest in helping their customers. I attempted to start a trading account with my Australian Business and provided all the supporting documentation and was rejected with no reason, no communication, no justification and no attempt to help me understand how I could do it better. I was then told to not try again as any future attempts will be rejected as well lol. I guess this is just as well as their site looks like it was created in the 90's and has not been updated since. It is a shame as I was looking forward to trading with the, - not to be however.

While we understand your disappointment with the outcome, the decision was based on our compliance obligations rather than a lack of interest in assisting you. Since we offer Ultra-Cheap Commissions, Super-Low Margins, 4 different data-feeds (CQG, Rithmic, TT and Teton/Sierra Chart) and over 40+ different trading platforms...You can continue to use your AMP personal trading account :)
I am writing this letter to formally lodge a complaint regarding the abysmal customer support provided by an agent named Heidi today. Despite waiting all day for a resolution, Heidi offered no actual assistance and merely repeated the exact same generic, canned script twice. Even after I repeatedly stated that those steps had already been completed, the agent failed to provide any response whatsoever. I am left to question whether AMP employs anyone other than such derelict staff. Even when attempting to contact customer service via chat, there is a prolonged delay before anyone initiates the response, and once they do, such half hearted, negligent support is the norm. How can anyone reliably use your services when customer support is this exceedingly inconvenient?

AMP Futures’ onboarding communication was very poor. I opened an individual account smoothly, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. But when I applied for a corporate account, the experience was completely different. After submitting the application, I received no clear updates, no explanation and no proactive communication. A few days later, I simply noticed the application had been rejected. No reason was given. Their chatbot couldn’t explain it and told me to email onboarding separately. It later turned out that AMP currently doesn’t support corporate accounts where the company is partially owned by a Russian citizen. In my case, some shares are held by my Russian wife. I understand brokers need strict compliance, AML and sanctions controls. But Russian citizenship alone is not the same as being sanctioned. If AMP applies a blanket policy excluding companies with any Russian shareholder, that should be made clear upfront before people waste time applying. The issue is not just the policy. It’s the lack of transparency, the silent rejection and the poor communication. A waste of time, but a useful lesson.
