I had an extremely disappointing experience with AMP Global Clearing. My application was rejected without any meaningful explanation. I was simply told that they had decided not to proceed with a business relationship and that I should not apply again because any future applications would automatically be declined. As a potential client willing to deposit and trade with my own money, I expected transparency and professional communication. Instead, I received a generic response with no specific reason for the decision. It leaves the impression that customers can be permanently rejected without understanding why or having any opportunity to address a concern. Before this experience, I was planning to recommend AMP to friends who were also interested in futures trading. After the way I was treated, I cannot recommend this broker and will instead suggest that they look elsewhere. I believe every company has the right to choose its clients, but customers also deserve clear communication and respect.
