Excellent Company

Ordered a chinese model phone (ECOO aurora E04 plus), fed up of paying stupid prices. I was recommended Antelife by a friend, and I am glad that I bought the phone from them. The phone was everything I expected, at a very cheap price. There was a coupon given for joining, which was redeemable immediately against my first purchase. Shipping took a while, but that was always going to be the case being sent from Hong Kong. That said, the delivery tracking was very good with the company they used (Chronopost). The phone was safely packaged and arrived in great condition (that is; new). Usage instructions were in English. If you are interested in knowing about the phone: It has a large, 5.5" HD screen, removable high capacity battery, microSD card slot, both a Micro sim slot, and a regular sim slot, and is capable of 4G internet speeds. Also, the phone is unlocked so can be used on any network. Highly recommend Antelife. There are a lot of companies now selling Chinese branded phones around the world now, but I have found Antelife very friendly (when I asked a question there was a quick response), cheap, and will definitely buy from them again (my girlfriend is after a new phone, so I will be buying it from Antelife, rather than paying £500 or an expensive contract for something fundamentally the same).

Pleased costumer

The dialogue with Antelife retailer went smooth and they been very prompt. Also as a suggestion was nice if on Antelife would have some accessories for smartphones; headphones, leather case, tempered protective glass for screen etc. - not all has. The phone describe (Ecoo Aurora E04) I bought was accurate containing all its features. Decent price. Thank you for your support Antelife team. Best regards!

Cheapest Electronic Store and with Very fast shipping

I ordered a SJCAM SJ5000 Wifi, that was with 40% discount, the cheapest price i've found in market! Very similar with the famous Go Pro and great quality! I bought the camera at friday night and tuesday arrived at my place, in Portugal. Good Support, Fast Shipping and Cheap Prices

I ordered a Colorfly G708 for the cheapest price (I searched for it!). They also had the matching protective case. Pros - PayPal - relative fast shipping (about two weeks to Germany) - They offering Shipping Insurance for penalty duty - If you have a question about a product, just write a comment and you get an answer in short time. - European warehouse - They seem to be reputable - Good support: They forgot to put a power plug in my parcel. But the support gave me points (kind of credit) for compensation. I can't find any truly negative aspects to my first order.

Useless CS

I have ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G and also a tax insurance. I got taxed,and instead of an 75$ refund,I only got 35$ refund and a 40$ coupon,which I had to use on a purchase over 100$.I was angry so I demanded to lower the price,so it went down to 50$,so I ordered a set of Xiaomi Pistons and some tools,priced 56$. The order was set at 17.1,sent to the courier 27.1,LEFT Beijing 27.2. Month and a half just to send the order,and it still didn't arrive. I am honestly angry and I STRONGY DISCOURAGE ANYONE who wants to buy from this site. Also their customer service is terrible,my granny of 85 years understands more english than them.

Great seller

I bought a Jiayu S3 smartphone at antelife.com because it was quite cheap there, and it was a great experience. It was easy to shop by, with fast delivery and they even cared for I received the item, for example telling me it already came to local post office and so on. I'd buy again for sure.

Very bad experience

I ordered a phone Xiaomi 1S yellow redmi full at a high price, I got a black phone $ 25 cheaper. After sales service offered me a return of the phone against a refund of 80%. Do not order from Antelife, the prices are good. But communication with the customer service is impossible. Site to flee!

SCAMERS, CAREFUL!!!

This is a SCAM WEBSITE. I bought a phone, I paid with Paypal and what is my surprise when I realized that I have been charged more money than I expected to the debit card I had registered on Paypal. My invoice it's showing an amount in Great British Pounds and a higher one in USA Dollars, so I try to claim the extra charge back to the costumer service thinking that it is a mistake with the currency exchange; I got no answer. I start getting annoyed so I try to cancel the item next day; there was no answer again. I open a dispute on Paypal, the shipper answered the same day they delivered the parcel saying that it was too late to cancel it already (what a coincidence). Paypal didn't see anything wrong with the transaction, even though they had the invoice showing that something wrong was going on, so they simply refused my claim. Days after Antelife customer service reply to my email, but too late. I send them an angry email and this is their reply: "Ok, you refuse the parcel and we'll give you a refund", so I did it. The parcel arrives to UK and DHL claims to me an extra £15 for duty and VAT that weren't mention at all on the seller's website (funny after the extra charges I paid, apparently for posting they said to Paypal). The parcel has been one month on hold at DHL after I refused it waiting for the shipper's authorization to send it back to China, but they never replied. Now DHL has decided to destroy the item and I have no rights to claim anything as I refused the parcel, so basically I LOST MY MONEY and Antelife can happily keep ripping off people as none will do anything about it. Paypal or DHL won't get involved because it's not their business. Believe me when I say that it is better to buy on Amazon, the same phone is much cheaper, with no extra hidden costs and if anything goes wrong it is covered by Amazon. Antelife hide extra costs trying to make their products look cheaper, but the truth is that if you've got an issue with it, forget about getting it sorted or your money back either, they are simply SCAMERS! MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE SHOPPING ONLINE I EVER HAD! I don't see a way to reply to a message from the company here, so here you got my Order Number: #800072909

I bought a media player, however I am still waiting for it for last 4 months. The company has refused to refund the money. They are happy to steal your money. Do not deal with them!

Ordered a phone, not here yet.

Hi all, I had ordered a phone(UMI Zero) from Antelife, about 10 days ago. there were other sites selling the same phone at a similar price, but they had processing time of 15 days, ( which from previous experience with the site is worst case, they usually ship in 7-10 days). so ordered it from Antelife, as their processing time said 1-4 days. Then paid for DHL express delivery so was considering the phone to be in the UK in about 10-15 days. 10 days down the line they have still not shipped the phone. Keep mailing them, they take 2 days to reply, and ask to wait for few days(how much is few days). They said they are restocking the phone as it was in high demand. If they do not have it in stock, why are they selling it again from the website. Not happy at all with the service. VP

GOOD for Buying,BAD for Support!

My experience with this guys,in special from Spain was very good during a Purchase,the delivery was very quick!... But when something go wrong...in my case a Newman K1S with +/-30 days of use,the microphone stop work. Sent to repair in 17/11/2014 after a lots off emails,photos,and confirmations, Mss.Ivanka inform me the:- "I am sorry that your phone Newman K1S cannot be repaired now, the manufacturer refuse to repair the phone now. Our company decides to send you a new K1S from our Spain warehouse, charge you only $20, do you accept it? Could you please directly send the payment to us through Paypal.Our Paypal account"... ...so i send MORE 20$ by PayPal on day 15/12/2014 (at moment my money lost with this purchase is: $169.98 for the phone, +10€ for send to repair,and $20,for pay the shipping a new one from Spain) +/- total $200 and i have NOT any PHONE YET!!! I am GO continue waiting for the PHONE,for the Tracking number,many emails,but nothing ARRIVE till TODAY,Seems a FAKE and Scammer support!...BE Warning!... Before this was resolved,and i am go continue try,NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!
