Thank you for your feedback. Some bed orders are shipped in multiple packages, and they may arrive separately from different warehouses or carriers. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will check the remaining package for you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and will help resolve this quickly.

Hi there — thanks for your question. The chair is not necessarily broken; in most cases it’s a setup/adjustment issue. Please email [email protected] with your order number and a short video of what’s happening, and we’ll troubleshoot right away and send replacement parts if needed.

Hi there — sorry about that. We can fix missing parts quickly. Please email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of what’s missing, and we’ll send the replacement parts ASAP.

Hi there — sorry for the inconvenience. Because large orders often ship in multiple boxes, they can arrive in separate deliveries. For the hydraulic issue, we can help quickly with troubleshooting and replacement parts (no need to return the chair). Please email [email protected] with your order number and a short video of the problem, and we’ll take care of it ASAP.

Hi, We’re truly sorry for the frustrating delivery experience you’ve had. We completely understand how disappointing it is to receive conflicting delivery updates and then have no one answer your calls. This is certainly not the level of service we expect from our delivery partners. We have already escalated this issue with the carrier and are actively working to get a clear update and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please rest assured that we are taking this seriously. We will contact you directly to provide a delivery update and ensure your chair arrives safely. Thank you for your patience, and again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. — Artist hand Customer Support

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel to see a lower price elsewhere after placing an order. Please note that pricing can vary between platforms due to differences in promotional campaigns, shipping structures, and marketplace fees. In some cases, the listed price may not include delivery costs, while other platforms bundle shipping differently. That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you’d like, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to review your order and see what we can do to help. We appreciate your support and the opportunity to assist you.
