Sent 23 emails since May requesting a partial refund and still waiting for it. Keep being told that it has been done so I have asked for proof multiple times but it is never provided. September 2026, now up to 60 emails....these are ignored and still no refund.

I saw the denim hippie shirt and checked out the size and cost, almost no real problems with the online ordering system, not sure when the shirt will arrive, tho. The shirt looks amazing, I hope it fits..!
ARTSSUS IS CRAP!
Not only were the shirts I ordered misrepresented, they were not embroiderd nor did they even represent an embroidered shirt. They were a cheap polyester badly printed material. The process went on for almost 2 months with no satisfaction!! When I requested a refund, they offered me partial refund and then asked that I return the product at my cost. This would've been an international shipment that would've cost far more than what I paid for the trash I received. No one should shop at ARTSSUS. This was a terrible experience and the worst, most misrepresented, product I have ever seen!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. While the photography and AI-generated images of their clothing line are impressive, the actual quality is sub-par at best. The items look embroidered in the photos—and the descriptions falsely claim that they are—but they actually just have a cheap, flat image screen-printed onto the garment. I only took a chance on them because their policy seemed to guarantee returns via customer service if you weren't happy. When the items arrived and I saw the poor quality, I immediately requested a refund. They asked me to send photos of the garments, which I did. After hearing nothing for several days, I followed up twice, only to receive this generic stall tactic: "Dear Customer: Thank you very much for your continued email! We have received your product photos and relevant information. We apologize for the problem you encountered. We have provided the relevant information to our after-sales department, and they will complete the process within the next 3 business days. We will verify the issue and provide you with a solution. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We wish you a happy life!" Tired of the runaround, I reached out to Amex to dispute the charge. Amex refunded me in less than an hour. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company entirely.

Artssus: die bestickten Hemden der Homepage bekommt man nicht. Stattdessen schicken sie billige bedruckte Hemden in einem klapprigen Stoff, völlig überteuert. Also Finger weg! Artssus: You don't get the embroidered shirts shown on the website. Instead, they send cheap printed shirts made of flimsy fabric—completely overpriced. So, stay away!
Lack of communication
Okay, eventually the item was delivered, I tried to chase up but e mails returned, no other contact. 5 weeks delivery. Not the best quality, but was as described on the site, but photos deceptive. Its a great concept, and a good website, but you get what you pay for.
Artsuss is a rip off scam business
Artsuss advertises a light weight beautifully embroidered long sleeve shirt, what I got was a cheap polyester piece of garbage, I wanted embroidered, they sent a blurry sublimated print, I ordered a XXL, they sent me a L. WARNING: do not buy from this company (Artssus) they are a scam.

Extremely bad quality litterly there lying about quality it’s not linen and not embroidered it’s printed on polyester very disappointed And I emailed them to send it back and I’m still waiting for there response to send back the shirts still waiting
