What people say

Artssus misrepresentation

I purchased shirts as a gift for my son from a Artssus, who claim the products are high quality and made in Nashville. The truth is the products are tracking shows items shipped from China and going through customs, which is not a problem if the products are good quality and arrive as expected. The reality is the products are poor quality and sizes don't match up to measurements. Returns are not easy and it has been months trying to come to a resolution. I am now going through my credit card company to get a refund resolution.

Thieves and scammers

Thieves and scammers. They send you appallingly cheap pieces of fabric made of plastic, and then expect you to pay to return them to China. Also, the clothes were just about big enough for an 8 year old, but apparently, it’s still my responsibility to pay to return them. Leave them well alone, or you’re going to regret it!

Don't Bother!

Ordered 2 shirts. One was the wrong size (my fault). I didn't even take it out of the package and immediately asked to exchange it. They got back and said they were sorry it didn't fit. They explained that shipping back was difficult (country, etc) so I should just keep the shirt. Would I like 30% off on the site to get a new shirt?!!! Soooo they want me to keep the shirt I can't wear and pay more money for another one? Also, the shirt looks cheap even without opening. Their stuff is cute, but don't bother.

Very disappointed with the product received

Very disappointed with the very thick polyester material used to make the t shirts. The print also appeared very thick and incredibly shiny. Beware with the Linen word on the first page of the item discreption. It definitely is not made out of Linen. They also did not reply to our email of dissatisfaction.

Estafa

I am writing to detail the scam I experienced with Artssus. I placed an order on August 28, 2026. Upon receiving it, I discovered that neither the material nor the design matched what was shown on the website. On the very day I received the package, I requested a full refund—covering both the cost of the shirt and the shipping charges—since the product I received differed from what was advertised. Artssus informed me that, once they verified the product was "OK," they would refund only the cost of the shirt, excluding shipping—and this would only happen after I shipped the item back to China, a process that entails a significant amount of time. They sent several emails attempting to negotiate, offering first 10%, then 20%, and finally 40% (as if this were a flea market). I have firmly refused to accept any solution other than a full refund of the money I paid, given that Artssus provided misleading information on their website. Incidentally, that information remains unchanged, meaning these fraudulent products will continue to reach other unsuspecting customers. I could send photos of the website and the product I received, so that future customers can judge for themselves before placing an order.

Utter rip off

Utter rip off! The item I ordered was made of synthetic fabric and the printed design mediocre. Despite measuring carefully the item was several sizes too small on receipt. Upon requesting a refund, I was given a whole list of excuses against a return in a semi-literate series of emails from Customer Services and was fobbed off with a discount voucher to purchase another item. Obviously they wouldn't give me my money back without the item being returned and wouldn't provide a returns label. Clearly a bunch of scammers, ripping you off with substandard goods and trying to get to you to spend more money by offering vouchers for further purchases of their shoddy goods with a policy engineered against returns and refunds.
