I wish I had discovered Trustpilot…

I wish I had discovered Trustpilot earlier and I would have never bot from Artssus. The website looks wonderful and poped up beside my NewYork Times read. Company website looks like American manufacture based in US . Its not . I ordered 3 shirts . Artssus gave me Chinese tracking number that did not exist anywhere . I asked 4x Artssus what's going on your tracking does not exist anywhere on any logistics shipping site Zero response !!. I contacted Wise card and gave Wise all my details of my purchases and contact with Artssus. Eventually Wise was able to reverse my purchase amount which is great customer service from Wise . I did eventually receive my 3 shirts. Absolute garbage . The quality of material and print is no where what is shown on their website !! I would not even use the shirts to wash my car !!! Threw them out

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, they are scam artists. AVOID THIS VENDOR. They sent me the wrong items (wrong sizes) and then demanded I pay all the costs of shipping the items back to China and that they would only refund 20% of my payment. The shirts they sent were inferior quality and not at all what the website portrayed. I got scammed, stay away from them.

Bad Quality and just cheating support

The quality of the clothes and print is so bad you do not want to wear it. I asked for a refund, but they just tell it will berefunded but nothing habppens since weeks, just words without any action and I mail every few days. Really bad experience in any way. DO NO

Poor product and service 04😥Materials…

Poor product and service 😥Materials described as cotton, and linen are a thin synthetic. Likely recycled plastic. The quality is so clearly poor that I didnt even remove them from the package to examine them further. I have had no response to my email from 3 weeks ago. 😩 I'm disappointed in myself for not being more cautious! I should have checked reviews and only ordered one item as a test. I foolishly had the assumption that companies advertising through the New York Times would be reputable. 🫣

Over-priced and poor quality

Over-priced, poor quality clothing from China. Website tries to claim that items are locally made in Tennessee. Has some cute ideas and I would be happy if the art looked as good as it does on the website. Out of 4 shirts, I'm happy with one. Another has poorly executed artwork (poor resolution of screenprint). The other two look cute but are sized too small, and were falsely advertised as a linen blend.
