So they boast about being in the Nashville area but, of course, most of their stuff comes from China. Just say so. Things take a while to come and resolutions done online. You can dispute vis-a-vie your credit card if you want. Shirt quality seems good and artsy.

Pictures online appear to have been enhanced
I ordered three items of clothing from artsus which arrived on 15 September 2026. I immediately contacted them as one of the items in particular paid no resemblance to the 3d version that was shown online. The other two garments are acceptable but the image of the sweatshirt I bought is also enhanced on the site. Despite contacting them as required before any item can be returned I have not received any response.
The "art" has a sense of humor
The "art" has a sense of humor. Sometimes it over-sells itself. How many different versions of an octopus drinking wine cannibalize the idea? However, the art work is appealing overall. The first time I ordered from your site it took a while for the product to arrive. I was unaware it was coming from a long way away. Keep up the good work. The clothing makes a very good gift.

Total scam
Total scam, after getting what I thought I ordered everything is completely the wrong size. Nothing is consistent with American sizing and they even got the sizing wrong for their own region. What a regret. Waiting on the "go signal" to return this garbage.

The website looks very convincing - the designs look great but the delivered product is dirt cheap polyester. Not a sniff of cotton in the' 95% cotton' shirts the site proclaims. Designs are blurry in the real. Rip off website. Don't be fooled by reviewers who have not received items. Based in China very much doubt they have anything more than a desk in the US. Asked for a refund so far have only been offered 20%, there seems to be no way to return goods. Such a shame if the products matched to website they'd be really successful. Please avoid disappointment and spend your money elsewhere.
Great design, quality product
Ordering was easy. Missing info/advice - definition of "standard shipping." How long should I wait before thinking the item is/was lost? Followup - the item arrived in a couple of weeks, a reasonable time. It was everything I could hope for - bold, imaginative, quality product. Fit like a glove - and got great reactions!
Deep Regrets
Made an impulsive buy of a couple "linen-cotton" shirts from a slick ad on a major news outlet. Noticed an irregularity in the charges and decided to Google the Vendor's name "Artssus". Whoah! Shows up as as scam company and many reports of buyers not receiving goods, or only very poor-quality polyester ones. Then Paypal starts freaking out and says I have to change my password because of unusual activity. Is someone trying to hack it now they know I exist?

This site is a scam. Don't get fooled by the high quality images online, their are just cheap Chinese products of Temu-quality. They are just drop shippers. Asked a refund, never got it, I had to make a claim on PayPal to get my money back.
This is consumer fraud
This is consumer fraud, plain and simple. DO NOT buy their products !! The fabric is in no way a cotton / linen mix - it is some dreadful polyester-type synthetic stuff, which makes you sweat and is not comfortable to wear. The printing is fuzzy and unclear and the cuff buttons are virtually impossible to fasten, as well as the cuff being vastly over-sized. The people behind this fraud should be prosecuted and banned from ever doing business again
