Avoid this company like the plague!

Cheap screen printed trash, that looks nothing like the photos of their products on their website. When you complain they never get back to you - avoid this company like the plague, they are scammers!

I bought a shirt but the item hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent several emails to the address they provided but they haven’t replied. The customer service is non-existent.

People, this is a scam. PLEASE DON'T LEAVE HIGH MARKS BEFORE YOU'VE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT! Doing so, YOU'RE GIVING A CRAPPY "COMPANY" 5 STARS THAT THEY DO NOT DESERVE and you're misleading innocent potential customers! They sell cheap, mis-sized, ugly, polyester crap. They do NOT sell what they advertise! AVOID LIKE COVID! THIS IS A SCAM. BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY DO NOT SELL WHAT YOU THINK YOU'RE ORDERING AND RETURNS ARE IMPOSSIBLE OR VERY COSTLY. Scam company using false advertising to sell inferior products

Their website says they are based in Nashville, TN, but my PayPal Credit Card payment went to Hong Kong and my 3 shirts were mailed from China. I made my purchase 8/19/26 and received the 3 shirts 9/8/26. The shirts were supposed to be cotton with some linen, but were not - feel like polyester. Also, I have worn 2XL shirts for 25 years and these shirts are labeled 2XL, but 2 of them were very tight when buttoned and the other one was so small I could only button the top 2 buttons. This is partly my fault for not researching the company and customer reviews before making the purchase. I have sent an email to them as their website requires in order to ask for a refund and get instructions on how to send the shirts back. But I have also contacted our credit card company and initiated a dispute, telling them this is a scam company that did not send the size or quality they promised. I will see if and how Artssus responds, but I'm disputing the charge up front anticipating a problem with them. Very disappointed. It is now 9/24/26 and I have yet to get a response from ARTSSUS. My credit card company has issued a conditional refund of the purchase amount, but have given the company until mid-October to respond to their inquiry. I still have th 3 undersized, poorly made shirts and will gladly mail them back to an American address. However, I will NOT pay to send them back to China. This is clearly a scam company and I highly suggest no one buy anything from them.

Precise confirmation of orders isn't good, some details such as size are missing. Also I'd like to know the cost of postage up front. I do hope I will mot be charged customs fees when my item arrives in France.

Terrible return policy

Terrible return policy. They offered me a 30% “ coupon” for three shirts that don’t fit…. Or I pay to return to China! Fool me once, they will not fool me twice.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The shirts were garbage and return process was unbelievably difficult. The items look completely different from what the pictures show. The colors, textures and designs are nothing like the picturesor descriptions. They are a far cry from anything "like linen". They offered 20% refund and then a 30% refund even though the site says satisfaction guaranteed. They wont tell you how to return the items and tell you that you cannot return them to the address from which they were sent (a CA address) or where they claim the shirts are made which they say is Nashville. I did finally get a return address and they want you to return the items to China and they require that you pay tariffs, VATs, and other fees on the return. So the cost to return the items is more than the price of the items. They have a great scam going with nice photos and descriptions of shirts and the claim they are made in the US. Once you get the order, they are nothing like you expected. They say on website you can do a return but really you cannot return in all practicality. AVOID THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT FALL VICTIM
