So far everything is fine. I only ordered a have not received my purchase. Although, I hope your product is what is advertised. Just dealt with a terrible company that pictured a beautiful knitted sweater and sent an ugly printed sweatshirt. Believe me when I say I will make sure social media is informed about the false advertisement. My hope is your company has more scruples and does the right thing. Would love to send you praises for a great product, we shall see

SCAM

I received my order today. It is not what I expected. The quality of the hoodie is poor quality and not what was advertised. I thought I was getting a quilted beautiful hoodie and instead got crap. They wont give a refund or an option to return. The web site needs to be shut down. Every one is being scammed.

So here we are almost 2 weeks later and…

So here we are almost 2 weeks later and still will not give me a return address and refund me this time they offered a 20% discount to purchase something on their site a week ago it was 10% and it takes them days to respond to you. They don’t even want their cheap replicas back this company is a 100% scam and taking our money

This company is a legit scam I ordered a dress and a pair of pants……. Terrible….. nothing like what it used to be online …… best part us they screw around with you to return then they ask you to keep the product and offer $10 gift certificate 😂😂😂😂😂😂…. They don’t even want their own cheap crap back…… using the fact that it’s to expensive to send stuff back to china…… oh my have I learned a hard lesson but I’m not backing down…. DO NOT BUY FROM ARTSWARDROBE EVER

I wish there was a 0 star option

I wish there was a 0 star or negative star option because this is the worst. It is a total scam. The website seemed legitimate, but it is fraudulent. They aren't out of Canada, the clothing that you see as well as the descriptions of handmade, knitted, appliques, etc. are not what you receive. Instead, you get a package two months later from China that includes a weird sweatshirt with a printed on design, same for the dress. It's not even good enough to salvage and wear around the house, it's hideous. And bonus, you get to pay for the shipping to send it back to China to try to get a refund while they argue with you about it. I only wish I could find the real company that actually sells these items.
