Dreadful quality and even worse customer service service. I ordered a beautiful patchwork dress with ribbon detail, buttons and trim. I spent a long time choosing the style with exactly what colour of patch was positioned when when I would look down. The detail shown in photos was certainly a piece of art.
What arrived was a very poor quality fabric with patches (all the sane colour) printed on. No stiches, no buttons, no ribbon, no trim. I immediately contacted their customer service department who offered me a 10% then 15% refund. The fabric isn’t even useful as a dishcloth. I repeatedly asked for a full refund, was told they had to contact another department then heard nothing more. I contacted them again after a few weeks and they have ignored completely. Absolute scam with no back up support. Have full intention of contacting Trading Stsndards to make them aware of this company.
Total SCAM. Fraud even. The clothing received is not even slightly close to what was ordered.

I bought a beautiful jacket for $41.48. Couldn't wait to get it. When I received it, it was made out of material that can't be what the picture showed. I immediately started a return. I had to make pictures of the jacket I received and also a picture of the website picture. They instruct me to fill in a coupon code, but they never sent me anything to fill out.
Items were no where the quality shown online. Items took too long to arrive. Once return started, the excuse it will take time and to be patient, was provided. After not hearing anything they finally reach out asking to accept a $10 coupon a d keep items. Return Costa are on the buyer. Garbage online company, Artswardrobe.com
Im not allowed to swear on here! What a load of rubbish. Cheap, nasty fabric with a poorly printed design. Not the patchwork I ordered. They would not give me a return address. After 2 months from the date of order I contacted trading standards and Citizens Advice Bureau. They told me to keep all 10 emails and the top so I would have evidence if needed. Do not send it back to china you could end up with expensive post + additional customs costs. To raise the issue with PayPal or my bank to get a reverse transaction. PayPal refunded no questions. Also C.A.B found they were affiliated to a Co. Called Artwardrobecarpentry.co.uk. I called them they are being scammed by them as well, they are a cabinet makers making wardrobes! I wasn't going to let this go. NOTE TO SELF..READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING! Get a reverse transaction from your bank or PayPal no matter what the time after buying...IT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. Don't let them get away with it. Im looking forward to sending them my last email!!!
Horrible, HORRIBLE company. I actually requested to cancel the dress before it got shipped, but they sent it anyway. I received the dress and sent an email (7xz) requesting to send it back for a full refund. I had to send a picture of the dress as well. They offered me a $10 credit. I emailed again requesting a full refund and never heard back from them. Stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Took over a month to arrive. I ordered a denim jacket which was definitely not made of denim, but a cheap polyester material and had blurry pictures printed on it. I also ordered 3/4 patchwork pants. The patchwork 3/4 pants were not patchwork but again, a cheap polyester with blurry pictures printed on them. The exorbitant price they charged was $93 USD. They wouldn't even make good dusters. In the bin they go. Make sure you use PayPal so you can get a refund. PayPal immediately refunded me so that says a lot about this dodgy company.
Terrible. Not at all what they look like online. They look like sewn patchwork pieces, they are cheap, printed garments and not even printed well that matches the photos on their site.
I ordered a Bohemian style dress over a month ago. What came was nothing like the dress I ordered. It was almost like a screen print, granny version. I wouldn’t wear it to take the trash out. Maybe throw it in the trash! You never hear anything from them either. Not worth one star!
SCAM! The pics of the item are not even close to what the item looks like when you get it. It looks like a bad printed Halloween costume. You get the run around when trying to return the item. They offered a $10 discount on another item and you pay shipping back to China so not worth time or money to send back. I wouldn’t buy anything else to use the discount! SCAM!
I picked from beautiful hand stitched patchwork items with ribbon and edging. I received a printed flimsy piece of fabric with zero stitches, patches or detail. Hideous. Asked for a refund and was told I had to pay for return postage to China!!
If I could give zero Stars I would. The product I received did not look anything like the product I ordered. I was so looking forward to the pretty blouse but what I received was this horrible shiny blurry blouse that was three times the size that I ordered. It was supposed to be a large but it looked like an XXXL. I emailed them and told him that I was dissatisfied and I'd like to send the product back and get my money back. He told me to take a picture of what I received so I sent it and I haven't heard anything back in 2 weeks even though I emailed again last week and again today. Don't waste your money the products are ugly.
They are horrible. Do not order from them and do not make the mistake I did. I will never order again and wish I didn’t have to deal with such horrible customer service.
The item is nothing like the description, it is cheap and horrible feeling material. Looks like a nightgown, not a cute sun dress, and is to my shins not above the knee. It looks like the sundress I ordered was picture printed onto their crappy material and poor excuse for a dress.
I sent them the picture of what I ordered and what I got and they have yet to offer me anything but discounts on my next purchase- which there will never, ever be again in my life. $40 for the worst dress I have ever put on. I just want my money back and they still won’t give it to me.

Paid pretty good money for super cute images of bohemian style clothing. There were embellishments and cute fun things on the sweater and sweatshirt. What came (i am surprised anything even came after waiting a month for it to arrive) was cheap polyester material which some sort of designs were printed on-- badly. I am so mad at being scammed. No way to send anything back to wherever the hell it came from. It was relabeled and said it came from CA but it came from overseas. My debit card flagged the purchase as a scam when I initially bought it. I should have known then. You suck, Artswardrobe!
