Don’t waste your money
They advertised something completely different then what they sent me and when I asked for them to send the correct item they offered $30 off of a $120 item and I told them this isn’t what I ordered, wanted to return the wrong item but then they ghosted me. Don’t buy from them.

Their deceptive practices should rate a zero stars. The online photo shows a cable knit sweater, but what I received was a cheap polyester sweatshirt with the knit pattern printed on it. I demanded a refund. They tried to get me to ship it back to China at my expense, but I was able to get a refund. Nonetheless this company should be avoided at all costs. They steal legit clothing photos from other sites and pawn them off as their own. Zero stars.

Promised refund never received
I received the items I ordered and it is a screenprinted pattern on fabric. My fault maybe for not reading the description better. None of the pieces fit like they should and I did as described and sent a message to customer service. Was offered a 20% refund which I declined and then settled for a 40% refund and keeping items. It has been almost 3 months and I still reply to my email that states I will be refunded and I keep being told that “department “ will handle the refund. Still waiting. Learned the hard way to investigate before I buy.

The quality of the products is a joke. The product you receive is not like the picture, which indicates to me, like so many negative reviewes that this is deceptive marketing and sales. In addition, it has taken 20 emails to them, and my refund is still not complete, and it has been over 2 months of back and forth. Customer service keeps telling me they will pass the request to another department, like the shell game. BUYER BEWARE, like all the 588 other reviews state. This is a Chinese company for sure, as I tried to return the crappy products and they told me I was responsibel to ship back to China!

item arrived and looks nothing like what was advertised, the quality was so thin it was next to useless, and that is before I tried to put in on. I ordered a large size as wanted it very loose and flowing. I could not even get my arms in the sleeve. The kimono did not hang straight and worse than any temp/wish product. contacted support to be offered 20% refund and keep the item... which I refused, I don't care it cost me more to send it back, at least they don't have my business. Avoid at all costs.
