Promised refund never received
I received the items I ordered and it is a screenprinted pattern on fabric. My fault maybe for not reading the description better. None of the pieces fit like they should and I did as described and sent a message to customer service. Was offered a 20% refund which I declined and then settled for a 40% refund and keeping items. It has been almost 3 months and I still reply to my email that states I will be refunded and I keep being told that “department “ will handle the refund. Still waiting. Learned the hard way to investigate before I buy.
