I love the style of Ask & Embla’s jewelry. It is very good quality, I’ve not bought anything yet that has shown me different. While the prices are a bit high, the quality and style of the jewelry makes it worth it. Exchanging/returning product is a quick and easy process as well. Which makes ordering from them even more worth it because there is no hassle with them. Great company!

Amazing designs and excellent customer service. I bought a pair of earrings from them a few years ago and they quickly became my favorite. I’ve worn them almost every day for the past two years and they’ve held up incredibly well. Recently I contacted them to ask if an older design was still available. They replied surprisingly quickly and were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for unique designs and great quality.

I have actually purchased several Ask and Embla pieces over the course of a few years, starting back in 2020. The clicker I bought at that time has been my default piece ever since and while a lot of companies tout no tarnish, Ask and Embla is the only one who has actually held up that promise. My clicker is in all the time, I sleep and shower with it, and it looks virtually unchanged. Last year, I splurged on a pair of gorgeous earrings and wore them throughout the course of the year. Unfortunately, one of the clasps stopped functioning and I was heartbroken because they had become my favorite pair if earrings. I happened to be looking on the website and incidentally came across something I hadn’t previously realized which is that Ask and Embla includes a year long warranty for their jewelry. By some strike of luck, I was literally ONE day before my warranty ran out and they STILL honored the warranty and sent me a replacement pair. This company makes gorgeous, high quality jewelry AND treats their customers right. So many industries could take some notes from this company!! Thank you Ask and Embla!

Top-tier customer service
Absolute stunning pieces and THE BEST customer service ever. I bought a ring in May 2025 and normally I don’t wear rings with stone since I don’t take my jewelry off and keep them on at all time until I wanna change the piece or style but the piece was so pretty I didn’t care and bought it anyway. The Stone fell off recently so I contacted the support team and I wasn’t really expecting much because I wasn’t sure if there’s a manufacturer warranty on it or if there was one, but it’s already expired. I got a response back in minutes lol like I barely finished blinking and they replied. They ask if I wanted a gift card or a replacement so I picked the gift card since I checked their website and see the new collection and wanted something that doesn’t have a Stone because I want to wear my jewelry every day without worrying about losing the stone again. 100 out of 10 experience with the brand.

i got the ecledia hangers. initially when i checked the app, i saw that the silver was out of stock, so i decided to start a chat to ask when they’ll be back. i received an email on the same day with the exact product that i wanted and was able to purchase it! i was super happy with the customer service, fast delivery and quality of the piece! they look so good in real life and i’ll definitely be wearing them on my wedding day! :)

The Ask & Embla customer service is excellent & super fast! I had a little issue with discolouration on my Ouroboros Hangers. I emailed and spoke to their customer service, sent a photo, & almost immediately they responded back to me fixing the problem!! I have many, many pieces of A&E jewelry & I have never had any issues prior to this one ear hanger. They resolved it so quickly! I am still so surprised at how quickly they got back to me. Highest praise for this company! Not only is the jewelry on-point, but the customer care is top notch. I will definitely be purchasing more items to add to my collection in the future. 100%.

Jewelry will tarnishes very expensive for the jewelry to barely last a year. Will not return or replace, I’ve bought from theme multiple time but will no be repurchasing.

I love all of the designs but… pricey
I love all of the designs, very unique and cool! The only issue I have are the prices so I will only buy when on discount because every dollar that can be saved is worth it. I am very happy with the 2 rings I bought last year, therefore just purchased my 1st pair of earrings.
