Hey Jason! First, we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed review, and even more so, your loyalty over the years. Owning over forty pieces is no small thing, and we don’t take that lightly. We want to address your concerns transparently. As demand for ASRV has grown globally, we did have to expand manufacturing outside of Korea. This allowed us to access new fabric mills, advanced production techniques, and scale in a way that could support innovation and availability. That said, despite changes in country of origin for some styles, we’ve implemented strict internal quality control processes to ensure these factories are producing to our standards. We do not lower our expectations based on location. Regarding sizing inconsistencies, over the past year we’ve made deliberate spec adjustments to standardize our size range and establish consistent fit blocks across categories (slim, standard, relaxed, etc.). In the short term, this can create some variance between older and newer batches of the “same” DSG style, especially if you’re comparing pieces from different production runs. It’s a transitional phase, and admittedly it can feel like a bumpy ride. However, more recent batches will follow the updated size specifications moving forward, which should improve long-term consistency. With Tetra-Lite specifically, certain construction updates, including waistband finishing and internal stitching , were implemented as part of this refinement process. That said, if something feels overly rigid or significantly different from prior versions, we’d absolutely like to review it more closely.
