Like the fit and the joggers that came are amazing but I’ve had some customer service issues and now a product defect.

Super-quick and efficient turnaround and delivery. I was a bit dubious of the cargo-joggers before purchasing the TETRA-LITE® CARGO HIGH RIB JOGGER, thinking that the cargo-pockets might be a bit floppy in this fabric but they really aren't and are now my new favourites. Fabric is just so comfortable and handles the high-humidity no problem. I love the slim profile and fit of these joggers, so it would be great if they came in Deltapeak® as well for end of season when it starts chilling-off.

One of the best online clothing experiences I’ve had. I’m usually between sizes, so I ordered a medium and large in everything I wanted to try. I paid the $4.00 up front for prepaid return shipping. Ordered 10 things loved 3 of them and returned the other 7, being very careful to use all original packaging and return as new. I made a mistake when submitting the return and emailed customer service. They fixed the mistake the next morning and emailed me. The return was processed quickly and balance returned to my credit card. Now that I know my size, and love the quality, I will continue ordering from them for sure.
I really wanted to like ASVR, but after several attempts at ordering products, each time I have been left disappointed. Sizing between items varies alot, making it difficult to shop for 6ft+ men, plus alot of the shorts have an almost cheap, plastic feeling to them. The shorts tend to feel more like swim trunks than workout shorts. I love the designs, and I might have just been unlucky with the three types of shorts I tried, but I just can't afford to keep ordering and trying different products, as they limit you after a couple of exchanges. While I understand why they limit it, it makes it impractical to try and find a product I enjoy from them.
Since 2025, I’ve been wearing only ASRV clothing for all my sports activities. The Fall Collection, in particular, was fantastic. Unfortunately, the Spring and Summer Collections didn’t quite live up to the great style of the Fall Collection. Of course, I hope that will change again in the fall of 2026 with the next collection :-) The craftsmanship and quality of the products are very good, especially since much of it is manufactured in South Korea or the U.S.

I have ordered from them twice and I had a problem with them every single time, with zero support from costumer service! There is literally no one to call about it either! Which is so painful because they literally ripped me off with expensive clothing with zero quality! And if you want to return any clothing, then good luck because there is zero support! They bluntly say there is nothing they can do about any problem you have, they just say it in a AI manner!

I messed up my shipping address by accident (recently moved and didn’t notice till after I placed the order). Customer service was excellent and shipping times were impeccable. I’ve been buying ASRV for awhile now. Yes, it is expensive but their stuff lasts a long time and the quality is fantastic. Highly recommend!
It might seem a little bit more expensive than other sports clothing out there, but the quality of the materials they use makes it worth it. Not to mention their amazing customer support, I've bought tons of items from ASRV and only 2 times I've had problems, and both times customer support fixed it in no time. This is one of the few premium brands out there where you actually get your money's worth, can't recommend ASRV enough.

Horrible customer service , I have ordered so much from them , I ordered a shirt that was a small and it was mislabel and was actually an XS . Customer service gave me a snarky response asking me if i knew if that shirt was a muscle fit . If that idiot had only checked my past orders he would have seen i had ordered 5 shirts of that exact SAME type of shirt in different colors and tried to make me look dumb . They asked for pictures of the small shirt to compare it to others , I sent them and yet , they offered no help. Also , If you live in a state where there is no sales tax on clothes like NJ , they will still charge you tax and not give you your money back . I like the products but this company is HORRIBLE , and customer service is their last priority . They will not believe anything you say and will do or say anything to not admit their mistake . BE CAREFUL , document EVERY ORDER , if not , youre screwed .

I totally love ASRV gym wear! I work out 5 times a week and have worn this brand exclusively for many years. Love the athletic fit and design, expert construction and high quality material! However, the prices have noticeably increased, so more and more becoming out of my price range. Somewhat disappointing.
