The product had stitching already start to degrade after only 3 weeks. For the price, its a bit disappointing.
Hey Kevin, Thank you for your honest review. Manufacturing defects can occur at various stages throughout the production process resulting in slight deviations in the product's original design and intention. While we have a thorough quality control process in place, some defects do have the potential to slip through our quality inspections. To better assist you and for quality assurance purposes, we sent you a separate email so we can discuss things further.
Thank you so much for the review, Camilo!

I received clothes that was ripped and torn. I sent them pictures and they say it’s my fault. I still haven’t been refunded
Hey Felipe, Thank you for your feedback. We’ve carefully reviewed your case with our warehouse team, and we can confirm that the items were not shipped in a damaged condition. Our senior warehouse manager also verified the order, and given our handling process with all-new inventory, the likelihood of a damaged item leaving our facility is extremely low. Additionally, our records show that your initial request was for a return on final sale items, which was declined in accordance with our stated policy. Following that, the concern regarding the items being ripped was raised. We understand this is frustrating, but based on our investigation, we’re unable to approve a refund in this case.

Overall, the ASRV line is unique, high-quality and has the subtle style that I like without being too much. The shorts are supportive where needed for all the activities I use them for- weight training, cardio, tennis. Strong liner with great color options and liner choices- white, tone on tone, or black. The line is more expensive than most in the category, but the quality is solid and sales offer good discounts off the regular prices.
Thank you for the detailed feedback, Dennis! We’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the unique design, quality, and versatility of the shorts across different activities like training, cardio, and tennis. It’s great to know the support, liner options, and color variety are working well for you. We also appreciate your honest thoughts on pricing. We understand that perspective and are glad you’re able to take advantage of our sales when available. We truly appreciate your support and being part of the ASRV community!

I ordered a hat, I could tell the quality was nice but the fit is not a normal A frame hat. I feel like the pictures were a little deceptive.
Hey Evan, Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear you noticed the quality. Regarding the fit, our hats feature an adjustable snapback closure at the rear, which allows you to customize the sizing for a more comfortable fit. We recommend adjusting it to your preferred setting, as this can make a significant difference in how the hat sits. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and your support.
