Manufacturing defects can occur at various stages throughout the production process resulting in slight deviations in the product's original design and intention. While we have a thorough quality control process in place, some defects do have the potential to slip through our quality inspections. Hey Felipe, Thank you for your feedback. We’ve carefully reviewed your case with our warehouse team, and we can confirm that the items were not shipped in a damaged condition. Our senior warehouse manager also verified the order, and given our handling process with all-new inventory, the likelihood of a damaged item leaving our facility is extremely low. Additionally, our records show that your initial request was for a return on final sale items, which was declined in accordance with our stated policy. Following that, the concern regarding the items being ripped was raised. We understand this is frustrating, but based on our investigation, we’re unable to approve a refund in this case.
