We do want to clarify that items purchased through Second Flight are pre-owned and sold by individual sellers, not directly handled or fulfilled by ASRV. Because of this, the condition of each item can vary, and we’re unfortunately not able to take responsibility for those orders. We recommend that you contact the seller so you can discuss things further with him. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We do offer a package protection option at checkout to help cover situations like lost or missing deliveries. In cases like this, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping courier to initiate an investigation.
