Hi Jacob, Thank you for your honest feedback. Once a package is handed over to the courier, the delivery process falls under their responsibility. While we carefully select our shipping partners, factors such as routing, scheduling, and final delivery are outside of our direct control. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout. FedEx has also supplied delivery confirmation, including a photo and the associated documentation. That said, please rest assured that our team takes situations like this seriously and is conducting a proper investigation. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.
