Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for your family's loyalty over the past several years, Mike. We're sorry this stay fell so far short of the standard you've come to expect, and we understand how disappointing it is when these kinds of issues disrupt a vacation your family looks forward to all year. The concerns you've shared have been reviewed with the team responsible for the home to help ensure they are addressed and that the property better reflects the standard our guests expect. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in a future stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Glenn. We're truly sorry your family's travel plans were disrupted after your confirmed reservation could no longer be honored. We understand how stressful it is to make last-minute arrangements for a large group, especially so close to arrival, and we recognize the impact that had on your trip. This is not the experience we want for our guests, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. If you're willing, we'd like the opportunity to continue the conversation with you directly and address your concerns. Please reach out to our team at your convenience.
