HORRÍBLE EXPERIENCE! RUDE support who scam bloggers to do posts for them and then dont pay! I have sent many and many messages and weeks have passed and this person is just making fun of me I ask for the payment and he answers with " see our new campaign" stuff líke that and no payment at all! I hope people stop buying from here. If the products are as bad as the support scam team. Then I advice u to go buy some where else, theres many good online stores. This one is NOT the case.

Got this horrible dress
Got this horrible dress. I knew it wouldn't be awesome coming straight from China. Even the photos on the website were ripoffs. It was for a promo photoshoot. I wear a size two. Sent my measurements and the dress was so small I had to hold my breath to get into it. Not to mention it looked nothing like the photo. I didn't do the shoot anyway but I'm stuck with this ugly dress. I tried to send it back for over a month, but they r giving me a run around. I dont want to pay to ship this thing back to China and never get a refund. I have $128 tied up in this hideous dress already. The best I'm hoping for is to sell it on eBay :( Do not recommend this company. Cheap products. Think twice esp if the dress you need is for an important event.
Dress looks NOTHING like the picture.
Dress looks NOTHING like the picture. Which I now believe every photo on the site is STOLEN. First off, my prom was March 24th so I rush ordered the dress about a week or two before the 24th and it was going to arrive about March 17th-20th. When the dress came it was folded inside of a PACKAGE. As soon as the dress was pulled out, it had a faint smell and looked TERRIBLE. It actually looked RUSHRD. I proceeded to try it on and my grandmother couldn't even pull the zipper up. When she did get it zipped up, it felt loose in certain places and overall looked terrible. I was angry, sad, and disgusted. I paid $283 for TRASH. Also, it is very hard to get in contact with them for a refund. I literally had to send them the tracking link and code to get a response from them. If I don't see my money back in my account by the end of next week, I'm going to the better business bureau for false advertisement and fraud.

Horrible experience i got a dress that looked nothing like the one i purchased the dress came snagged horrible stitching i could cry right this was for my engagement shoot please whatever u do don't take no chances with these people and I made a review and they only allow good reviews to be posted they denied my review

The company would not allow me to return the dress for a refund after a dozen e-mails. Dress received did not look like the dress in the picture that was ordered.

Baby Online Dresses is the site to go to if you are looking for a beautiful dress at a low cost! I was a little worried when purchasing the dress but when the dress arrived it was exactly how it was pictured. I was also worried it would not arrive in time before my school prom which is March 25th. I ordered the dress on Feb.15 and received it on March 2. Communication with the seller was also great, I needed to change dress sizes after already placing my order and she was able to reply to my request quickly and change it for me. So, if you are not sure about ordering or afraid it won't be how you expect it to be ... don't worry it will be just fine! This will be my go to site in the future!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!
So my prom is March 11! I was very excited for my first prom because I'm a junior but anyways I found this beautiful dress on here and I just fell in love with it! So I ordered it like January 14 with the custom measurements and it said the set date to get here was like February 26 which I was fine with. Well it is now March 6 and my dress is no where to be found so if I want to go to prom I have to go out and buy another dress when i only have 4 days. I recommend that if you order on here order like 5 months in advance because you won't get your dress on the set date. I will never use this website again. Worst website out there!!!!
My wedding dress
My experience with babyonlinedress was just perfect. I used to send tons of emails daily to ask questions and make sure that the dress will be exactly like the picture and the emails was being replied very professionally and in a very friendly way. I kept being worried about the dress until I have received it (two days before the date that was given to me) and it was exactly like the picture with the exact measurements I gave to them, nothing different, nothing less (only more fabric of the dress in case I needed more). I ordered a veil with the dress without seeing a picture or sending a picture of it, all I did was sending a picture of the length I wanted. I would like to thank all the staff members and tell them that you did a great job and made me super happy with my perfect wedding dress and a special thanks to Karasui who was emailing me almost everyday until I received my dress. Thank you all so much and I'm sure I will order more dresses from you again.
Never buy from here!
I ordered a prom dress with custom measurements. The dress came quickly and when I took it out of the package I immediately noticed how cheaply it was made and how it looked absolutely nothing like the picture! I ordered a dress of obvious plus size measurements and the arm holes for the dress looked like they were made for a small child to fit into! I've been contacting them for almost a week trying to get a refund and I've gotten no where! Never order from this place!
IF SOMETHING SPECIAL, DON'T LOOK HERE!
I found out a few days before the original ship date that I was given had been changed by almost a month with, no notification or email. I now have less than a week to find a dress , for a coronation ball that I was meeting my New husband College friends and fraternity Brothers for the first time . I had to send 7 emails before anyone responded back to me. I do not recommend this company or their business practices, for any event that is important to you. This experience has left me highly disappointed , frustrated, and sad. I never write reviews but found it important to do so because I trusted this company with an important event that I should not have .
