Very happy bride

Had no problems with this company . They have been very helpful and tried there best to do whatever we asked . My daughters wedding dress is beautiful and fits her perfectly . They also made the matching veil . The dress is very well made . And of good quality . They did a lot of hand aplique work on the dress .so beautiful So all together a very pleasent experience . Thank you Babyonline for all your hard work . You helped make my daughters special day perfect Happy customer sue.

I can not believe people are actually…

I can not believe people are actually giving this company a good review. I ordered a dress for my wedding. Not custom. I tried it on for literally 1 minute. It left a rash under my under arms for a week! The material felt like shards of glass on my skin. The stitching looked like it was done by a toddler. It was so cheaply made i was flabbergasted by the price. I asked to return. shipping is 75.00 to China. If I knew it was being purchased from china I would have never bought it. They have a US return address on package upon delivery. Be careful. This place just wants to keep your money and leave you with a useless cheap dress. I wouldn’t be caught dead in it. BEWARE. They won’t refund shipping to or from china and claim to charge a restock fee even though it was not custom and poorly made. They do not clearly disclose their policies.

My experience was bad

My experience was bad! I purchased a prom dress that was $290 for my daughter and she didn't like it. So I went to DHL to send it back. I paid DHL $130 to send it back to China. And what they did was they sent me back the dress so that they didn't have to give me a refund on the dress. I will never order from this site again!

If I could give no stars I would. The dress looks like a 7th grader's first attempt at sewing. Asked for a refund. Customer service is non-existent. You won't get your money back.

If there was negative stars

If there was negative stars, that is what I would give them. I purchased some tumblers from them through Dhgate. After agreeing on a price and a quantity I paid for the order. Once it was paid, Babyonlinedress contacted me and told me I had to pay 50% more or they would ship 30% less product. I told them neither was an option and I was told to cancel the order saying I didn't want them anymore. That was not true. I have a business to run and I gave my customer a price for a quantity and how long it would be. The whole process of ordering and getting credit cost me two weeks of production. I am sure they are rated by Dhgate and the reason they wanted me to put it that way would take the responsibility off them. This outfit is nothing but scammers. Save your time and money and buy somewhere else.

Too big

Ordered a large but it fit like a X-Large,it did look exactly like the photo,but the customer service help us to change it.

They sell what they don't stock

They sell what they don't stock.... I bought a car seat. After a week when I was expecting to get my tracking number of the postage, they sent me email that there is no stock wait for 3 weeks. Then after that they sent email that the color that I have chosen is not exists in Australia any more and asked if I am happy to change the color... I said ok, just send me a car seat... Then they said again it will be delayed... it was when I asked for refund after around 1.5 month.....

Amazing dress !!

I was so sceptical ordering my wedding dress offline and for so cheap as well. But let me just say it was insane! Amazing and I felt like the most beautiful woman alive. I met my now husband at the alter and he was sobbing at the sight of me. Definitely recommend!

The dress I received was of good quality

The dress I received was of good quality. The embroidery pattern is the same. the embroidery is of very good quality too. embroidery is also good attached to it. I bought the dress so inexpensive, while the same dress can be bought for over 888 euros.

Lovely with a small understandable fault

The dress I ordered is beautiful, it's come a little bigger then the measurements I sent so I'd need to pay more to fix that, only small fault is theres dried glue string that I'm needing to pick off and hide with marker. Apart from that I can't wait to get married in this dress.

I sent email requesting more discount to cover extra alteration since the dress is too big and they honor my request. They paid extra to have it tailored to my measurements. The dresses are beautiful and well made. I get compliments every time I wear them. The details and embellishments are very pretty. I wear these to formal nights on cruises.

I loved my wedding dress, it fit her perfectly (size 8) .Very tasteful mermaid-style that could easily be worn again to the wedding.I will be perusing your website weekly—great deals to be had on formal wear, now that the holidays are approaching : )

Dress is beautiful, The delivery took about 25 days, it is a little slowly, the service said it is custom made to order. But it is realy very good quality for the price. The service als very helpful. When some want to buy here, please take care of the time!

Dress was more than expected!!!!

My daughter had her Middle school prom and i did not want to spend a lot of money on a dress, so i bought it herer. The dress fit her perfeckty and it is soft with high Quality. we are happy with it and highly recommend!
