I Ordered a dress for my daughter bday party. it toke 3 weeks to arrive. when the Dress finally arrived, it was clearly a knock off dress. Needles was left in dress, unfinish piece /rip hanging from dress, wires/tread hanging from dress and dress was different lengths from front and back. I contacted seller, they ask for pictures. I sent pictures. Their response was dress was made right with measurements that was provided and said thank you and that was it. I contacted online customer service they told me to email and i said i did twice. After that, rep sent me policy and said if its a custom dress, no returns and no refunds are allowed. Please Do not use this company, they are not professionals and clearly have poor customer service skills. This Company has made no attempts to resolve issue. Buyers BEWARE !!!!!!
Bought a wedding dress from Babyonline and what I received was total garbage. It had stains all over it, it was see through with gigantic white pads that fell out of the front of the dress. It was made for a women 6'7" tall and looked nothing like the photo they advertised. It was crooked and uneven everywhere and it had appliques on one side but missing on the other. Cheap ugly fabric with horrible workmanship. There was also a big bump sticking out at the lower back that looked like half a basketball.
Once I sent photos they apologized and said a beginner designer had made it and that I would be sent a replacement made by a senior designer. DHGate sent me a notification of the agreement when I filed the complaint about this company, it said Babyonline would send a replacement and they would cover the shipping and I could keep the other dress at no charge. Then Babyonline started asking for more money, they wanted me to send the dress back at my expense which was $165 by DHL and I needed to pay $40 more to ship the new one. I had no problem sending the dress back as what was I going to do with this piece of garbage, but I wasn't putting out more money for something that was their fault and was not in the agreement DHGate had sent to me. Babyonline now started trying to delay everything by sending stupid ridiculous little emails about nothing. After three weeks of these emails they said they could no longer make it in time, obviously they were trying to pass time so the time sensitive claims process would run out and they would receive payment. I complained again to DHGate customer service and the next thing you know I receive an email that says the dress had been shipped by DHL with a tracking number. The tracking number provided to them by Babyonline was invalid and a dress was never shipped.
I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I've been buying dresses from China for many years for photo shoots for my business. This is the worst company I have ever seen and they know how to work the system to avoid being responsible for their mistakes. And yes these positive reviews here and on their website are phony and written by the company themselves. DHGate also helps them by having a system that is not good at protecting customers without having to repetitively complain to them. If you ever have to make a claim with them you will be sent in circles and they give you no real help what so ever until you post on this public review site. They also tell you to follow the steps shown on their website but when you do they do not work.
UPDATE November 24/16: DHGate researched and confirmed that the tracking number Babyonline gave for the replacement dress was not a valid tracking number and no dress was ever sent. They said they were going to punish Babyonline for the way they were doing business. Then I get a message from Babyonline saying yes they never sent a dress and said sorry about giving invalid tracking number. I get another message from DHGATE saying I was sent a full refund back to my credit card, they ordered Babyonline to send a refund. Babyonline next sent me a message that said they sent a refund and the order was now cancelled. No refund was ever sent by them!
Update on DECEMBER 8th:
DHGate contacted me to say a refund was sent to me on November 21st. It is now 18 days later and a refund was never sent. My bank and credit card company have no record of this company sending a refund to me
I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS COMPANY BABYONLINE!!!!! If you need to order a dress from China, there are other more reliable sellers out there, even on DHGate.
Never used them, NEVER gave them my card details, however they somehow managed to steal £12.85 from my account, bunch of fraudsters, i have proof if anybody wishes to contact me about this, absolute woeful and when asked via online chat even giving them a reference/transaction number, in broken english told me they didnt know anything about it and would not refund.
I was a little leery once I realized the company was out of the country. I did have a hard time contacting customer service regarding a time frame of the shipment. However, once they did indeed contact me...very kind and helpful. The dress was amazing and my daughter was simply thrilled for her Homecoming Dance. Ended up being a good choice. :)
I was a little skeptical of the company at first but when I received my dress it was stunning.This dress was everything I hoped for and not it was just absolutely gorgeous and I do not regret shopping at this website it was just so easy and since I am of a smaller frame i custom sized it and I am not disappointed it even came two weeks early than the estimated time. The customer service is great they reply really fast and answers your questions.

I recently got married in Merseyside , England on the 26th August 2016. I have ordered my wedding dress in January or February and got it about April. So make sure you order it well in advance.
Communication is very good via whatsapp whenever you need help they answer. I had my help from Cecilia, she is down to earth.
I liked two wedding dresses from their website , but couldn't choose which one to have, so asked Cecilia if I could have the two combined. She said yes. I was over the moon. Lace on top, glitter on the buttom. I measured myself everywhere to get the precise measurement all correct. Sent them my measurements ( gave them less than I actually was :-P ) when the dress arrived it was too small. So I did my "Bridal Diet" lost 5kg lol and the dress fit me perfectly. ( make sure you send the measurements you will be on your bg day :-P ) I was sooo excited I cried. I looked like a princess. All my friends thought this was an expensive, designer super nice dress.
The dress quality was No#1. Very good. In fact we did the "Trash the Dress" photo shoot after the wedding in a very dirty muddy beach and it had gone super dirty. Hand washed it and as if nothing had touched that dress, it was all nice and clean again. I wish I could show you a photo.
So again, if you see a designer dress please do consider this is a cheaper version and these lovely people are trying their best to look exactly the same. I asked for a photo from their warehouse before I ordered it. Got all the information. Reviews and went for it.
I paid £150 and it was worth every single penny. If your budget is lower than £4000 - £10,000 come to this company.

I ordered a dress from this website. At first I wasn't too sure because of the reviews but I took the chance and I am so glad I did that. The dress turned out amazing, almost identical to the photos shown on their website. I used custom measurements which fitted me perfectly. Would definitely recommend this store.

I bought a dress from this website and it looks nothing like the original picture from their website. It was supposed to be a secondary wedding dress and the whole top of the dress is see-through with a padded bra! What was supposed to be a secondary wedding dress looks like a belly dancing dress!! The beads of the dress are very low quality and the overall quality of the dress is very poor! I want a full refund please!
I was seduced by a dress on Pintrest that linked back to this company, which is clearly, it would seem, a HUGE, HUGE scam. I feel so sad for those who have been ripped off. It's not always so easy to tell these days and Pintrest makes it even easier for these thieves. But I am SO grateful to Trustpilot for giving voice to people who have I imagine, have had special events seriously disrupted, if not completely ruined with unnecessary wasted money and time. I wish these kinds of "companies" would be shut down. They are the scourge of the internet - they steal from innocents as well as the real designers and dressmakers out there. I've been caught out with a similar China based company. They often use .co.uk domains to throw people off the scent of their evil, heartless robbing spree enterprises. I just wonder however, if anyone knows from where these designs are stolen? Some of them are stunning. It's also interesting isn't it, that NONE of the fake positive reviews have photos added...SHOW US these "perfect" dresses, please! So keep posting honest reviews, people! I recently bought a prom dress from their sight and i was truly in love. The fit was perfect, it was well made, and it was super affordable! I felt confident, comfortable, modest, and stylish and I've gotten so many complements on the dress.
This dress was so bad when we received it that we actually laughed. This dress is made of cheap quality materials. The colour is aweful. The workmanship is disgusting. The fabric is cut uneven. It wasn't hemmed-just poorly cut fabric. My daughter is beautiful and this dress looked like Ursula on her. And we have been told they will not return our money
I love love loveed my dress! I was worried at first on when it was arriving and also contacting them was hard but as soon as I did I loved it! I was extremely skeptical to buy my senior prom dress online but I but my faith in this company and they came through! I did alter it to make it smaller but I ordered it one size too big just in case. All in all, I loved my dress, everyone else loved my dress and the night was perfect because of it!
The material was not what was labeled in the description. It was a very cheap material. The lace around it was not enough. It made it look like it was torn. It did not fit right. It was tight in some areas and saggy on others. It was supposed to be mid calf. It was very long could not see my toes even with high heels. Will not refund !!!

To do these reviews. This company is going to catfish you & give you an ugly dress & then ignore you when you ask for a refund. Now I'm going to have to open a claim with my bank. I'm honestly so mad. I have prom in less than 2 weeks and I paid $200 for my dress and now they won't give me money back in order to buy a new dress so now I have to stress over getting another dress. My prom date already went to jail. Honestly you're going I waste your money if you but from this site. I'm so depressed. And the positive reviews are FAKE do not buy from this website.

I ordered a dress from baby online dress & the company was very helpful, understand,& kind. I messaged, emailed, & overall bugged them every other day because I was worried about my dress (because of bad reviews). The company reassured me that the dress is being made & would be delivered in time of my prom. The dress did arrive in time & I thought my luck was great, until I opened the package. The dress looked nothing like the picture off their website & my custom measurements did not fit! I waisted 260$ on a dress I cannot wear & am recently stuck spending another 300$ trying to find a new dress before my prom in 3 days.

I ordered my dress and it was supposed to be shipped within 2 weeks...a month later and it still hasn't shipped and they refused to give me my money back, even though the event I ordered it for is over.
My dress was horrible I would not recommend shopping from here especially for big events like prom. The material is cheap the pattern on my dress wasn't even the same as the one in the picture. I gave them my exact measurements which I paid a extra $20 for and they still made my dress way to small. The color was also off. There customer service is crap. They wouldn't give me a refund for this horrible dress. They offered to refund me only $30 out of the $240 I paid for it, and they never even refunded the $30. But if u like cheap ugly dresses shop here.
