After reading all the reviews on babyonlinedress.com I think I'll take my business somewhere else. Reading the positive reviews proved that they're writing their own. Very broken English & cities in the wrong states. It's like they used a electronic translator from Chinese to English, Very broken!!!
Hello my name is Latonya Bussey and I live in Columbia S.C. For anyone skeptical about ordering from this site i woukd like to share my experience. I was looking for a wedding dress my wedding will be April 23,2016. I fell in love with a dress i saw. After about a week on going back and forth i decied to try it. I ordered Jan 19 my dress arrived Feb 2. My dress came from China and i was able to track it all the way to S.C. through DHL. My dress was fabulous!! It looked exactly like the picture. I took it to my seamstress who's been doing this for 38 years who was impressed at the quality of the fabric. She told me not to order it but i went with my gut because i had plenty of time if things went bad. I also ordered up in size also but i think if i had ordered my correct size i would've been fine, but thank you to babyonline i trusted you guys with the most important day of my life and you delivered!! I will be ordering more things for ny wedding! Thanks again! Babyonline
i ordered my bridesmaid dresses from this company and they were perfect. i paid extra for my dresses to be made with custom measurements so i knew the dresses would fit my girls when they arrived 😊 and they did fit perfectly 😊😊
I am so unhappy with the dress I received. Not only is it not the color I ordered, it is not the size either. This company has lousy customer service at best and the products are cheap. My dress is a sequin dress and the sequins are hardly attached at all. I notified the company of the quality of the dress, the fact I received a different color and size than what I had ordered and I got "hi dear sorry to hear that." And basically nothing can be done. Don't waste your time or money.

On October 23 2015 I placed an order for a coat for my wife. It is now December 15 2015 and I am still waiting for the coat. Amazon shows it was supposed to arrive today. I am refusing the coat if it ever shows up and calling credit card company. Do not buy from this company!
They review on here by anji is the same one that was posted by kiaraleeg22 on babyonlinedress site. Word for word the same posted by 2 different people. Leads me to Believe the positive comments are fake and coming from people within the company. Dont take a chance with this site. Won't be worth the head ache.
I fell in love with this dress when i saw it in pinterest. I found it on Babyonlinedress and i was a little nervous because there wasn't any reviews for this particular dress. I began to read other peoples reviews and got more nervous because i there positives and negatives. I RISKED IT! .... And this dress is ... INCREDIBLE !!!!!! Even my LITTLE brother cried. Guys its amazing, fits perfectly and the tail is actually longer than how its in the picture. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses from them for my sisters wedding. What i got in the mail resembled a poorly done attempt at what was advertised. It was not the same fabric or design pictured. AND was poorly sewn. Plus they didnt label them so it was really difficult to tell whos was whos. I contacted them immediately to get my $ back and they responded asking for photos and "so i can check." They did this for 3 rounds saying the exact same thing. Finally they offered me a $30 refund. 30$!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?? Ya right I paid $555! MY sister was in tears. I was in tears. Horrible. I called my credit card company and opened a claim against them. Visa has been awesome about helping me out. DO NOT BUY DRESSES from these people unless you like gambling on how the dress is going to look.
I have bought dress from this website after talking and they promised to make the dress as I want , but completely I received different dress which is make me angry after calling them to report that they said we gonna send back half of the money back to you and fix it somewhere else, 1, I haven't got any chance to fix it for my wedding ,2. They didn't send me my money back as I told them don't need your dress any more just I want my money back but they ignored me , and still lie to me

During the course of two months, I ordered two dresses from Babyonlinedress. Both items were exact representation of the images shown on the website. I was afraid at first to order online because all the things i hear, even though i liked the dress but i hestitated because lots of online orders don't come out right, but i took my risk and ordered anyway because it was a great dress and an acceptable price. My best friend is getting married in two weeks, this company sent her three bridesmaids dresses she ordered burgundy and they are red and pink, she has to send back at her own cost and they keep sending her a link for complaints which leads to no where! Very good at 'no understand' and referring back to link! Totally slimy horrid OpenPlay, she is so upset right now looking for replacement dresses when she should be enjoying the preparations. Don't believe the good reviews, they make their own, so nasty Avoid like the plague
Dress seems ok for the money at £40. For UK customers however be prepared for another invoice from TNT for import duty (17% for dresses) and administration charges £15 flat fee. so for us £23 charge for importing a £40 dress...... none of this is mentioned on their website.
