Hi Everest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased that you found the product well-made and reasonably priced. At the same time, we’re sorry that delivery took around three weeks and that you had to request updates rather than receiving them proactively. We understand how important clear and timely communication is while an order is in transit, and your comments will help us improve the way we keep customers informed. Should you need any further assistance, please contact me directly at [email protected]. We hope you enjoy your purchase and consider shopping with us again! All the best, Stephanie

Hi Matt, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you were pleased with the quality of the Baerskin 3-in-1 jacket and hoodie, though we’re very sorry for the confusion surrounding the exchange process. We would like to clarify that we offer a free exchange process. Specific return requirements apply only when a customer requests a full refund. If you would prefer to exchange the items for another size, the exchange is free of charge. If you would still like to exchange the jackets for a smaller size, please contact me directly at [email protected] with your order details. I will personally review the situation and help arrange a smooth resolution. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us! All the best, Stephanie
