Just what I needed!
Just received delivery of my 3 in 1 jacket and it’s just what I needed for my trip to Northern California in September.

The two items I've gotten so far are great can't wait for cold weather to wear my 4.0 hoodie. I'm still waiting for another order that is on back order but they are saying it will ship August 19th. Customer service is excellent and fast response letting me know what's going on or answering my emails and questions. Would recommend Bearskin to friends and family.

Quality hoodie and rain jacket
I decided to buy a quality hoodie and rain jacket and was not disappointed with my purchase. The fitting was quite large and I needed to contact customer services to go down a size and they were brilliant and sent out the smaller size. The only downside about ordering was that I had to wait 2 weeks for the delivery but it was definitely worth the wait.
Wow what a great online sales experience
I was so excited waiting on delivery of my new Baerskin Rain Jacket. The quality of the jacket is far beyond what I expected. Unfortunately the sizing was too large and I requested a smaller size. A smaller jacket was sent without hesitation. The follow-up emails and attention I was given made me feel like I was their first priority. You just don’t see levels of service like this in today’s economy. I will certainly buy from Baerskin again and I would recommend this product and company for everyone. Well done Baerskin. You’ve earned my trust. Wow
Rain gear
Explanation on sizing was accurate and helpful. We purchased the rain gear for my wife and I, sized down per the instruction (summer use only, not wearing extra layers underneath) and both were perfect. Shipping was timely and accurate. Quality matches our expectation. We got the hi-vis orange for use on the boat in bad weather. Already used them and worked great, Lake Huron, MI.
Customer service top shelf
Re-sized at no charge and told to keep original wrong size. Great marketing. Will more than likely order more gear in the future.
