Hoodie fleece disintegrated
Bought two hoodies and rainshells earlier this year (for wife and self). I wore my hoodie for the first time in my vehicle during a long drive. The fleece literally disintegrated everywhere my seatbelt and shoulder strap touched it. I reached out to customer service back in May and sent pictures along with second and third requests with no response. Update: Got prompt response from company upon publishing the review. Thank you Trustpilot and Baerskin. Updated to three stars for now and will settle on final review after conferring with the company

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry about your experience with the hoodie and the lack of response to your previous messages!
This is not the durability or level of customer care we aim to provide, especially after you took the time to send photos and follow up several times. We understand how disappointing it must have been to notice significant wear after your first use and then be left without assistance.
Please email me directly at [email protected] with your order details and the photos you previously submitted. I will personally review everything and arrange a smooth resolution, including a replacement hoodie.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things right. We hope we can restore your confidence and welcome you back to our online store!
All the best,
Stephanie

VERY GOOD QUALITY
Bought the 3 in 1 for my husband and I and we’ll be taking it with us on our vacation to Alaska next month (September)! Can’t wait!😜
Thankyou Bruce, my nephew works in construction. He suggested the tactical jacket was completely weather proof and warm. He wears the Australian patches in gratitude and honour to standing and fallen soldiers and our country. Fast delivery, Thanks again. Natalie
I had an issue withe size.I over estimated how big I needed the hoodie. I was lost inside of it. I emailed Baerskin and they sorted it out immediately , no questions ashed only what size I needed. I would highly recommend them.

Great product, could do with order updates
My order was a pre-order that was delayed, however I only found this out by emailing them after the original delivery date I was given. Other than that, fantastic shirts, excellent order process and delivery

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re very glad you were pleased with the shirts, ordering process, and delivery.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the pre-order delay. We understand that customers should be kept informed when expected delivery dates change, and we’re continuing to work on making these updates clearer and more proactive.
We hope you’ll visit our online store again!

Baerskintactical sets the bar for Customer Support!
I recently placed an order online, and after the order was auto-confirmed I had a question. I contacted customer support and within minutes a REAL PERSON reached back to me with the answer to my question. In a world of AI canned replies, I was blown away by Baerskintactical's dedication to their customers' positive experience. Yeah, they are THAT good!! Top tier company in every aspect!

Great Hoodie & Rainmac combo
Great hoodie & rainmac. Both garments are well made & the unique design allows you to create a lined rainmac with a fleece liner. So many pockets you could forget which pocket you put your keys in lol.
I have recommended this company to my extended family & adventurous friends. Great for cycling & camping.
Thank you BAER Support team

I ordered the heavier fleece along with…
I ordered the heavier fleece along with the rain jacket and pants, because I liked the idea of the fleece zipping into the rain jacket if needed. I also liked the idea of the fleece folding into its own carry bag. Unfortunately I did not realize that only the lighter fleece folds into its own bag, and the heavier fleece was too warm. I ordered the lighter fleece and it was not supposed to arrive for a few weeks but I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up today, 2 days before we leave for Alaska, and a couple of weeks earlier than I thought it would. I immediately tried it out and it seems warm but not too warm, it zips into the rain jacket, and also has the ability to fold into itself with straps to carry over the shoulder. It is perfect and came early! 5 out of 5 stars!

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing.
Since you can add layers to the rain jackets would recommend adding they do fit on the large side.
Reply from Baerskintactical2026-08-07
Hi Brent,
We really appreciate you sharing your experience! Our team has worked hard to provide helpful customer service, so we’re delighted that it stood out to you.
Thank you as well for your feedback on the Rain Jacket fit. Since it’s designed to accommodate additional layers, the roomier fit is intentional, and we appreciate your suggestion about making this clearer for customers.
We hope to welcome you back to our online store again!
All the best,
Stephanie

Online ordering was simple and…
Online ordering was simple and hassle-free. Shipping was fairly fast, as well. It hasn't been cold or rainy enough to try out the fleece/rain jackets, yet, but I will try out the sun hoodies performance this weekend. Having tried them all on, they are made of good quality materials and comfortable.
