Good product, terrible delivery time
Totally satisfied with my purchase so much I ordered another one! Very good quality. I only have two problems. I think the price point could be a little lower and the delivery time in this day of overnight delivery with company’s such as Amazon is ridiculous. I just ordered my second shirt and delivery is estimated in one month! That’s not acceptable. Definitely effects my future decisions on purchasing from BAERSkin.

What is this company doing well.it sent me my parcel a week and a half early to the given date and as I live in the UK nearly rain's all the time needed a good rain coat and a very warm coat as well.both fit's very well two thumbs up for that and packed excellent thanks very much 👍👍.

Order was easy once I figured out the size. Arrived within 2 weeks as was mentioned. This product has not been used as yet but other Bearskin products I own are exceptional in quality & ease of use. Pockets are very helpful. Color choices are adequate. Very well made & they do the job as advertised for my needs. I recommend Bearskin. Worth the money.

Nice product. Slow shipping but I may not have totally understood this was being pre-ordered and arrival could take several weeks. I contacted them after 2 weeks and they were very helpful with quick, accurate communication. Don't hesitate to purchase!

The page is really easy to use, the product is superb ( bought the heavier fleece last year) and the price is unbeatable. Can't recommend them enough. Delivery was super fast and tuned up over a week early. Thanks.

Good Quality, Great Design and met all my expectations
The Price point is expensive but the products are Good Quality, Great Design and met all my expectations. The longer than expected lead times could be improved and the 60% discounted advertising is unrealistic with a super inflated price point…..I would like to see a veteran discount offered during checkout since this company states that it supports veterans…..
While I think I love the product I…do not think I will order from you guys again. A pre-order item shouldn't end up back ordered and then an item come up missing.
While I think I love the product I think some things on your website should be addressed. When I got on to order it never said what I wanted was a pre-order item. My first email to support for a redund went unanswered. I still needed the items. Well fast forward to my shipping date and it never shipped I waited and then emailed to be told my pre-order item was now on back order which idk how that happened when I PREordered it. The associate got my order switched to black so I didnt have to wait another month. But I got a bundle deal with pants, ja ket and hoodie and now I haven't received my hoodie and my original order email changed and its not on it anymore so I cant even prove it. So ill attempt customer service AGAIN. But if an item is pre-ordered how do you then place it on back order and dont notify anyone.
