Rectified problem
For some reason my order was messed up and the customer service department was excellent to deal with and take care of the situation. Hats off to them and would recommend them to anyone

Pre-ordered the sunbeater hoodie and was supposed to ship 8/4. Just showed up today 7/31. Unexpected surprise. Love the hoodie. Extremely well made and can't wait to try it out in a few weeks in Alaska. Had the same experience with the Bearskin rain jacket. Highly recommend and their customer service has been exceptional as well.
Chasing items on your website...
Chasing items on your website is a challenge. Too many similar items, print is hard to read, and some pictures are dark, details are obscured, and rext is hard to read. Figuring out whether or not to buy was a risk I decuded to take after looking at the item for several weeks. Making the buy was straight forward but the after purchase was not clearly presented. It gave the impression that the item I just bought could be had for $20 less if I clicked on the button below. Turns out it was to buy a 2nd identical item for $20 dollars less. Sneaky plan and not well received.

Hi Richard, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry that navigating the website felt difficult and that some of the text, images, and product details were not clear enough to help you make a confident decision. We also apologise for the confusion caused by the offer shown after checkout. The intention was to present a discount on a second identical item, but we recognise that this was not communicated clearly. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll use it to help improve how these offers and product details are presented. If you still need any help reviewing your order or clarifying the offer, please write to me directly at [email protected], and I’ll be happy to assist. We hope to provide you with a clearer and more straightforward experience next time! All the best, Stephanie
This Heavy Rain jacket with zip-in…
This Heavy Rain jacket with zip-in fleece liner is just what I'd been looking for to replace my 25+ year old Helly Hanson rain jacket with liner! Am super thrilled with the multiple zippered pockets and the hidden backpack! I'm looking forward to the fall trail rides now knowing I won't need to pack my saddlebags with small "necessities I'll have to dig for".
