Great customer service that went above and beyond my expectations when things didn't quite go to plan and I had to request a different size! Highly recommend and will go back to see the range of other products I can look to purchase.
The jacket is great. unfortunately, the delivery, was slow & not kept informed when on its way, which made there no way to track it

Over 6 weeks to receive product with no updates in between. Customer service is lacking as it was a very long time to acknowledge an order change. Little to poor communication about the order.

My father in law ordered 4 rain jackets. What was actually delivered was 2 rain jackets and 1 ugly dark brown dress and 1 ugly dark brown and white shirt and pants. Customer service stated the clothing are not items they sell and the jackets are showing delivered so nothing is being done. Unbelievable bunch of BS. So now he’s lost $300. Shame on Bearskin Tactical and the employee that scammed him. Stay far away from the company!!!!

A great quality product which is extremely comfortable and light weight. I purchased a hoodie to wear whilst travelling, especially as the item can be folded compactly into itself. I was also very impressed with the speed of delivery. Very satisfied.

Before I bought anything I looked at the reviews and they were really helpful I love all your outdoor gear so for me it was an easy choice and delivery was great my first parcel turned up to day just waiting for the other item to be in stock for them to be sent out
I will be forwarding the 2 hoodies I purchased onto my sons - "I had to send an email for a response to a question" I like to talk to individuals with a pulse. One of my sons lives in CT - the other on Oki...I was hoping to have one sent to my son in the states, the other to me, also here in the states, and I would forward it onto my son out of the country. My objective was to apply the discount to my single purchase - I was advised I couldn't do that - I have received "them" - now I will be sending them to their recipients!
