Quality counts
The quality of the products that I have purchased from Bearskin have been just as advertisement or even better.

Waterproof jacket
Product looked great at a very good price. The only drawback was the time, I’ve 3 weeks for me to receive the product. I had to request updates, I wasn’t informed about delays

Hi Everest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased that you found the product well-made and reasonably priced. At the same time, we’re sorry that delivery took around three weeks and that you had to request updates rather than receiving them proactively. We understand how important clear and timely communication is while an order is in transit, and your comments will help us improve the way we keep customers informed. Should you need any further assistance, please contact me directly at [email protected]. We hope you enjoy your purchase and consider shopping with us again! All the best, Stephanie

warm and dry quality garments
Good quality garments. Very good response to an initial sizing mistake. The hoodie fits well inside the rain jacket and should provide ample warmth and dry comfort.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered a large but ended up needing a medium. I submitted a request for exchange; they sent a new pair and told me to keep the original.

I ordered the wrong size jacket

Cost of returning the items
I recently bought a 3-1 jacket that came with a hooded jacket. The quality is very good & it was on offer so the price was acceptable too. However when the items arrived, they were far too big. I requested a smaller size & was informed that the cost of returning the items is down to the customer. The company have one warehouse, in the Slovak Republic & claim they're building a warehouse in the UK. In light of that, I went to the post office to return the items, only to be told it would cost me over £50 (nearly €60). This is unfair & a disgrace to expect the customer to pay for the items to be returned. I'll keep the jackets & sell them online. Never going back to Bearskin again.

Hi Matt, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you were pleased with the quality of the Baerskin 3-in-1 jacket and hoodie, though we’re very sorry for the confusion surrounding the exchange process. We would like to clarify that we offer a free exchange process. Specific return requirements apply only when a customer requests a full refund. If you would prefer to exchange the items for another size, the exchange is free of charge. If you would still like to exchange the jackets for a smaller size, please contact me directly at [email protected] with your order details. I will personally review the situation and help arrange a smooth resolution. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us! All the best, Stephanie
