Waste of money. Only had it for a few weeks and for some reason the case is now bended and super flimsy. The case got really easy to take off can easily slip off if I hold it the wrong way. The material feels cheap. Never buy here again
The case is flimsy and comes away from the phone easily. Im careful with my phone and I've had the case for 3 months now and the edges are chipped/ripped/cracked in a few places. Its little more than a sacrificial layer at this point, the original good(ish) looks of the case have totally faded.
Ordered a case, never received. Contacted customer service who "investigated" for weeks. Eventually I was tired of waiting and asked for a refund which they continue to dodge. Buyer beware
I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from Bare Naked. When I placed my order, the website clearly stated delivery would take 3–7 working days. However, when I followed up by email, I was told my order was actually on pre-order — something that was never mentioned at checkout. This was shocking and misleading. Because of this, I requested to cancel my order and have sent multiple emails, but they have gone unanswered. Being ignored after several follow-ups is unacceptable, especially after providing inaccurate information about delivery. I just want mu order now to be cancelled!!!! This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend Bare Naked based on their lack of transparency and poor customer service. Order number - 158984BARE
Can't return after peeling off back film, this dark strategy. They don't even give you chance to feel it out as most people with peel the film off. Do not buy these especially the thin ones, super flimsy and slippery material It's not flush to case backing. I should of check trust pilot before. Probably the worst $45 dollars I've spent all year, its better spent else where, like the moment case which for extra $5, premium quality. I willing the trade for not have thin / transparent. Most of those style cases just don't feel great.
The Naked case lasted about 5 months before it became loose. I only used it in urban conditions. The replacement Bare case lasted 10 months before it cracked in 3 corners upon a drop from my pants pocket. You decide if you want a case that doesn’t last more than a year and can’t handle drops.
The case is very cheap for the price paid for it. And the case is so slippery I took it off within the first 10min of use for fear of dropping my phone. For the price I paid this was a trash product!
Do not purchase from this dodgy company. Misleading product, low quality and poor ‘bare’ service. They only reply once you have posted a review. Then, this is what happens: Melissa from this company sent me a nasty, threatening email trying to intimidate me into removing this review. Dodgy company - stay well away. I had to block them and I am leaving this here to warn and protect others from dealing with them. P.S. they have really bad reviews everywhere. Just do a Google. Such as all the ones on Reddit etc from people who have been ripped off.

Cases are expensive but very poor quality. From clicking on to my phone it already has a snapped corner within 30 secs of being opened to. of the package. Emailed customer service but no responses. They are a con really.
I ordered a case from this company which never arrived. After several emails I was informed that they had nothing in stock. And here we are today with no refund and no replies to many emails. Stay clear of this company!!
As what others have mentioned on this site, really bad and slow service. It is stated on their website that delivery will take 3 to 5 working days. After 9 days, still haven't received my case or any confirmation of it being shipped. Had to write in to them multiple times to check on the status of the delivery and was told they are out of stock for one of the items. Worst still they cannot give me a time on when they'll be able to restock it. Don't get your case from them. Save yourself the headache I had to go through. Get your case and protector from elsewhere.
Cheap plastic case! Starting cracking around the edges after only a few weeks! Horrible return policy and if you do return it, you have to pay for shipping and only with a 7 day window. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!
Case did not arrive after 1 month. Hasn't been shipped based on the tracking number. Emailed them on 5 seperate occasions but no answer. Do not buy from , it's a scam site
Scam company - annoyed I fell for it! Avoid avoid avoid
I purchased the bare naked case for S25 Ultra in black. The case does look nice and may protect your phone from superficial of scratches. Its light weight also feels very good. However, over a couple months the case will warp and malform from the heat of living in your pocket, so it will stop sitting flush on your phone. Dust and other particles will get into the phone over time and end up scratching it from the inside. My phone would have been better off if I'd never put the case on at all. For the asking price, it also feels as cheap as an inexpensive case from China. If you're looking for lightweight protection, I recommend looking into the carbon fibre based cases instead.
