Case is rubbish: yellowed and scratched within 2 weeks, plus it just encourages dust to get trapped. However, the screen protector is fantastic. I dropped the mobile 1 metre onto concrete floor and the whole screen was crazed. Peeled of the protector and, no damage whatsoever to my phone! Buy the protectors, but not the case.
Case took +10 days to arrive, shipped from China, not Singapore. Nothing special about the case (iPhone 16 in frost), it’s thin but definitely doesn’t feel “bare” - feels like a cheap case if anything. Paid 3x what I would have paid for something similar on Amazon - definitely not 3x the quality. Feel a bit ripped off, wouldn’t recommend. Would attempt a return but expect that I’ll incur shipping costs, etc, so not worth the hassle.
Never liked using cases but thought I’d try one of these Bare naked case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max and now it’s something I can’t do without. I’m no longer stressed about where I place my phone.
A complete fraud posing as a company. This place seems legitimate and well-liked, but it turns out they obscure their disgusting business model behind the fancy photos. Shipping was PAID and took almost 3 weeks, because they ship (not even from Singapore where they state they're based) but from mainland China. Upon arrival the case was warped and inadequate. The returns process was laughable. It took 2 days for an initial response, then the rep asked for multiple pictures of the case (ostensibly looking for the issue, but really looking to see if they could resell it). They then finally approve doing a return and send a generic form to print. You have to return the case to Singapore... and pay for it. As well as a 15% restocking fee! Cheapest quotes from the US to Singapore were about $30 on a $35 case with a refund of only about $30. You lose money to return this garbage.
I ordered the case on Feb. 06, 2025 - still have not received it. Had to buy a different case as my phone arrived already. They made a mistake with the 1st delivery, and still trying to send me the case- clearly do not want to return my money. I'd never ever order from this scam company. Terrible communication, trying to make me at wrong, and cannot refund my money for the case I still haven't receover over 5 weeks after. AVOID big.
What a mess. I ordered a Black Bare Armour case from them on 5th October 2024, it took 22 days to arrive. The product box was empty! It took Bare a further 2 weeks to send out a replacement which again took over 3 weeks to arrive. It was fine for a week then the case material started to peel! They said we are sorry, and will send out another replacement but this arrived again with an empty box! Bare are so hard to speak to as its all by email and it is very slow each and every time!
Very bad customer service I ordered a case 5 weeks ago and still haven't received a product. So I can guess what kind of quality it will be so please think before ordering
Ordered a case since 19 Oct and they still haven't send the item and they couldn't also confirmed the delivery of the titan desert case for iphone 16 pro max. Requested for refund but they managed to convinced me with over 16 email communication and entrapped me by sending my bare protective case over first. As of today 8 Dec, it is still not even confirmed when the item will be shipped. I too came here to reach the reviews but I was naive to think that it's just some unhappy people exaggerated about he delay. It's real, and I hope my bank can process the refund still.
I wish I could give them “zero”. I purchased a case without reading the reviews. This company is a scam. I paid 35 dollars for a case and I was waiting more than one week. When I ask about an update they responded saying, “if I asked for an update, it will get more delayed”. Bad customer service. Need to report about this company.
Ordered the case weeks ago and still not arrived. Notification it has been shipped was received a week ago, having used the tracker the item originates from China, item still not received so I have no idea what the quality will be if it ever does arrive!!
Ordered a case a month ago. Went 2 weeks. Send messages to cancel and refund my order. Got a response its been shipped. Saying sorry they made a mistaking confusing mismarking. Whatever that means. The shipping takes forever. Been out delivery more than 1 day. Why can’t they give me a refund when I requested it?
Case broke after 2 months. They told me I was applying it incorrectly. Offer me a replacement. Why so it can break again. Worst 45 dollars spent. And their cases attract oils in the skin so they are greasy or slippery
Disaster from start to finish. I ordered and was then quoted a shipping time of several weeks. I immediately (within minutes) then attempted to cancel my order because I wasn’t going to have my new phone go unprotected for weeks. I received an email back telling me they couldn’t cancel my order and I would have to start a return when I received it. It then took an additional week to ship, so confused why they couldn’t cancel it. Upon receiving the product I immediately initiated a return. The process was awful and had to all be done over email which took days each time to get a response. I then had to pay my own return shipping for the order I had requested to cancel a week before they shipped it. Once it was delivered to them it took 10 days for them to acknowledge it had been delivered. Then they finally issued a refund only after I followed up in customer service. Then they refunded $5 less than I had actually paid. Start to finish, I paid $5 for have it shipped to me, $10 to ship it back, and then got shorted $5 on the return. Paid $20 I’ll never see again for a case I never even opened and requested to cancel within seconds of ordering it. Absolute disaster of a company.
DO NOT under any circumstances buy from this company!!! I placed my order on the 01.10.24 & STILL have not received my order I have sent several emails to cancel my order (I received my phone ages ago and already bought another cover & screen protector) but all my emails have gone unanswered! Please don't fall for the flashy advertisements it will only lead to disappointment!
Extremely delayed shipping (4+ weeks) after receiving email that item would ship in 4-5 business days. Bare naked case is extremely slippery to the point it is unusable. I purchased the $30+ screen protector and it is so thick you have to press very hard for phone to react. Overall would never buy again from this company.
This company is a scam! I ordered a case and screen protector and it took a couple weeks to fulfill my order. In fact I emailed them to cancel it before it was shipped and they only replied a few days later after shipping saying “sorry we can’t cancel now that it’s shipped.” Now I’m trying to return the unopened goods and they are giving me the runaround and just taking 5 to 7 days to respond to any emails. Would not recommend ****
First phone drop and it dented the titanium iPhone 16 through the case in 2 spots 😩 Turns out the super thin case isn't a good thing. (Dropped distance was from knee height onto concrete floor)
Very slow response time. Took over 1 month before case arrived. Bought the bare naked case and on the website it says it comes with an attachable magnetic ring, however this piece was not in the packaging. Contacted them about this and was simply ignored.

Don’t buy!!! They never answer emails. What a horrible experience! I asked for cancellation before shipping, and they ignored me and responded only after the shipping had been made. When the case arrived, I asked to return it for a refund, but they ignored me again. I requested return in time, and I want my refund. EDIT: They responded me and ask me to send photos of the case. After several days they finally sent me information on how to return. Apparently they will eventually respond but they are very, very slow.
