Warps in 3-4 months!
Warps in 3-4 months! As cool as this case looks, it destroyed my phone. Read below. After 3-4 months of use, the case stretched and warped, creating gaps (1-2mm) around the edges. You can feel the phone sliding inside the case as you put the charger cable on and off. When i took the case off, all 2 sides of my samsung s21 were covered in scratches and chips caused by debris entering the case and grinding against the body. I am beyond upset at this premium priced case. UPDATE: As I posted this review, bare cases flagged my review and tried to have it taken down. Luckily trust pilot reached out and kept the review as I provided receipt and a ton of pictures. Pity.
Best phone case ever
The profile of the case is as advertised: slim and neat. The ring is probably the coolest product on the market, being magnetic you can easily adjust the orientation or even remove it, genius.
Excellent customer service and great products
I just want to write this review as BARE case has one of the best customer service. Huge thanks to John Jesse! BARE NAKED CASE My first issue was with my Bare Naked case for iPhone 13 Pro Max. I feedback to them that the case broke when removing and putting them back after many times. And I agree that this is a user damage in a sense but John has agreed to send me another case as a gesture and really thankful. He has informed me of how to properly remove the case and install it back. The case till now is still surviving and durable despite it being thin. BARE PANE I had an issue when ordering the Bare Pane where the payment had went through a third party but BARE Cases did not recieve the order on their end. Jesse has rectify the issue with their finance team and has resolved the issue in the end. Product eventually came and no extra charges has been made! Really smooth process and communication. The screen protector is really nice and thin! The coating is one of the strongest and long lasting I've tried and better than those expensive shopee screen protectors. I will definately get another one. Great experience overall and do not feel dissapointed. Thanks BARE team !
The Bare Naked EX warps after sometime
The Bare Naked EX started warping from weather and phone starts to fall off the cover frequently. Since under warranty, replacement was done BUT the service for shipping is terrible. Replacement was sent out on April 4th and till date did not receive it. Shipping information was never updated since and was informed that courier did not process the delivery. They did not followup at all until i had to ask. i WILL NEVER buy from them again.
NOT WORTH THE PRICE
My partners case started breaking apart within 1-2 weeks of having it. Case is thin and the phone does feel bare but there is no protection when accidentally dropping your phone. Even just putting the phone in your pocket, it wears and tears very quickly. The side of the case where the buttons are located is already popping out. I have been an iPhone user since the first one and have maybe cracked 2-3 phones in over a decade. This one didn’t last long, cracked the entire back of my phone after a drop and didn’t even realize it for almost two weeks until I took it out of the case to clean it. Not worth the price at all. I sent a message and they offered two new cases at no cost but we’d pay the shipping fee. Declined. Case is “cute” but not worth the $40.00 each. Absolutely pissed I spent money believing this damn company. Stick to the thick cheap cases, always. Company sucks.
Absolute Garbage!
Ordered this case foir my Galaxy S23 Ultra and within two weeks the case is splitting at one of the corners. Manufacturer will only replace the defective case if I pay a $15.00 "fee". Product is absolute garbage so save your money and look elsewhere.
Not enough protection
Delivery was not bad, but the case is thin and not very matte, despite claiming to be. It’s not very durable. after about 2 months of using, the edges have cracked and even split at the camera area. There are dents on the edges too. Not worth $20 😕 Spend your money elsewhere.

The case is exactly as described. Great for those who would prefer no case at all. Customer service was also very good. I will definitely purchase again!

Worst case I’ve ever used
Worst case I’ve ever used! Run don’t walk away! Case broken in 3 places in under a week and was laughably poor quality. These are a literally overpriced dump truck of a cell phone case. Wow. Shockingly poor quality.
Best quality of Case
The process of the order is easy to do, and I really like the quality of the case. I already recommended my friends, and family to use this brand too. The customer support is very responsive too.
Ordered wrong item and support team helped resolve
Was very happy that BARE resolved an issue regarding my order. I ordered the wrong camera bump protector - for an iPhone 12 Pro when I have an iPhone 12. I contacted them to send it back and exchange for the correct item but that would cost a lot in shipping going back and forth. So they just sent me the correct item for a nominal fee without having to return the wrong item. Issue was resolved quickly and I received correct item in a few days. Thank you!

Perfect minimalist case
Perfect minimalist case. The Bare Naked fits nicely without the bulk. It allows my cell phone to feel as if there’s nothing there.
Slow delivery, no response
Been more than a week since making an order (28/11/22). Express delivery is supposed to take 1-3 days but have yet to receive my order at the time of writing. Contacted customer service to no avail.
Great Product and Amazing Customer Service
There was a several week delay for the case I ordered and they graciously offered to ship me a similar case for free while I waited my order to ship. Thank you so much Ann. This kind gesture will keep me coming back for more cases in the future. It’s a great product and the second time I’ve come back for a case for my new phone. It’s extremely thin and exactly what I was looking for. I can’t say enough good things about the excellent customer service!

The Bare Naked with Magsafe for iPhone 14 Pro Max is extremely slim and has a beautiful appearance. Although the product was delayed, Ann at Bare customer assistance is excellent. She gives me periodic updates.
