I received the doors and drawer fronts and am thoroughly pleased with your product. Everything was as ordered and was packaged very well for shipment. I had no damage. The only issue I had was the amount of time it took to receive my order. The construction was delayed a bit, but I issues with other vendors that delayed the project as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with your product and will recommend you to others.
I ordered a new drawer not really knowing what I would get, I'm very happy to say it is a fantastic product, very easy to assemble with packing I wish they would do a video on so others could learn the correct way, Great Job I will definitely buy from again and tell everyone I know to order from them also.
I gave them the measurements that I needed and when I got the product and put it together, they were exactly the same size as a measurement that I gave him. I have not experienced that before they’re usually off by an eighth or a 16th but these were dead on Top quality work

I bought unassembled drawer boxes. Measure carefully and order with confidence. The website gives all the information needed for measuring and assembly. Production and shipping times as noted on their website. I will be ordering from Barker again.
I ordered a replacement cabinet door , , ,drawer and drawer face from Barker cabinet. The quality is truly outstanding. I do handyman work and could not build them to this high standard.

This is our second time using Barker cabinets and had no problems with the order. Our first, we ordered cabinets for our den. ( 5 cabinets with drawers plus a file cabinet) easy assembly and all the cabinets came out really well. The cabinets and hardware are of good quality. Anyone reading this review needs to know these cabinets will only come out as well as your measurement. (Triple check your measurements). We had only one problem with one of the drawers, which had a crack at the back portion of the drawer and barker had a replacement at my door in a week. If there was one complaint, it would be that the price of their cabinets have gone up quite a bit. But would still use them again in the future.
I was throughly impressed with the quality and fit of the drawer parts. It was very easy to assemble. I was hesitant at first because of price, but in the end it was well worth it. I would buy them again.
My cabinet door came in perfect dimensions, and a little bit ahead of schedule. I would use Barker cabinets again in a second.
This replacement door was made better than the original that it is replacing. I wish that the entire vanity was made as well as this door. The only problem that I have is the white color does not match exactly. Not the fault of Barker cabinets. There are too many shades of white and that was the chance that I took.
I was blown away by the quality of the oak doors sizes were exact, packing of doors was exceptional. Complete detail to protecting the product, everyone I contacted were friendly and helpful I would not hesitate to order from them again.
Decent cabinets but very poor customer service. They do not seem to care one bit. Ordered $34K worth of kitchen cabinets after already ordering 2 other times from this company years ago. I had to wait 12 weeks to get the replacement pieces that were damaged in transit - actually even longer since the pieces were delivered in 2 different shipments. Not worth the hassle - order from a full service kitchen place and pay a bit more - would have been worth it!

First, the order was delivered on January 31, 2024, and the damage was not reported until June 6, 2024—over four months later. Additionally, the damage to the finished end panel occurred on the back side of the package. We wrap the front panels facing each other to avoid such issues. Since the scratch was on the back side, it would be installed against the unfinished cabinet ends, which would conceal any damage sustained in transit. Your order, originally priced at $38,000 (discounted to $34,000), contained thousands of parts, with only three arriving with minor scratches. The usability of the damaged parts was debatable. Despite this, customer service declined your request for a partial refund and instead offered to remake the parts, ensuring the order was completed properly. https://imgur.com/a/lfFqyoS It’s also important to consider that the damaged items were custom-made, hand-sprayed drawer boxes and a finished end panel, both of which take time to rebuild. However, items like doors, drawer boxes, and end panels won’t delay your installation, as they can easily be swapped out when the new ones arrive. Given this context, it’s hard to understand how the situation justifies a one-star review. After reviewing your emails with Clayton, it seems your perspective might be influenced by the nature of your business. If you manage an eBay store, you may be accustomed to handling frequent customer complaints. However, dropshipping imported goods is vastly different from selling and supporting custom kitchen cabinets. Offering a blanket refund, as you requested, is not feasible in this industry, especially since some customers fabricate issues to obtain concessions. As you mentioned, "the customer is always right" doesn’t apply universally and certainly doesn’t hold in this context. Overall, while remaking hand-sprayed parts takes time, I believe you received excellent value for your cabinet project. It’s surprising that the extensive correspondence with Clayton was interpreted as poor customer service, but we are all entitled to our opinions.
We've ordered from Barker for 3 different homes over the past 6 years - bathrooms, kitchens, closets, etc. The products are well-engineered, SOLID, and easy to build. When we see brand new homes with 'gourmet' cabinetry held together with plastic triangles in the corners, we have to chuckle. With the ability to order within 1/4" increments on just about any piece you need, the products are highly customizable. While we did have some issues with doors on a prior order, their customer service answered emails quickly, only asked for the relevant info to show what the issue was, and then shipped replacement doors in the timeframe originally quoted. For what you get and a little bit of planning and work as a DIYer, you can't beat the value. We've easily saved 50%+ and got exactly what we wanted. Only wish they offered more painted colors.
We had good boxes with cheap, ugly doors in our kitchen, so a friend recommended Barker Doors. Our doors arrived yesterday and we are amazed at the high quality, heavy feel and craftsmanship. My husband is a retired home improvement contractor and he is especially pleased. They were shipped according to projections, and the customer service from Clayton was top-notch!
Ordered a replacement drawer for the island in the kitchen and I couldn’t be happier . I put it together myself and it fit like a glove. Kept my old sliders put them on and it was done . Going to order another one for the other drawer …. It came out amazing …… Highly recommend this company ….. shipping is a bit steep …..but the end result makes up for it !!!!!
This most recent order with Barker Cabinets was either #3 or #4. I keep returning due to ease of ordering and one on one help when needed and first and foremost their high quality products. Great to deal with in every way. They need to be your go to people when you have a need for the type of products they have to offer.
