5 star company. I bought a pine camo fleece as a first time purchase on bassdash. The item I purchased never came in so I contacted customer support, and within a few days I had received my purchase. Top tier material as well as the customer support. I highly recommend.
Worst shipping through amazon
Worst shipping through amazon. It's a scam! It's not a 2 day prime delivery! They never pick up the items produce a tracking label but falsely showing movement that turns into a delay where they string you along for a week saying its coming that day then the next and the next and never arrives. It's a new floating tactic being used by amazon and other company's that own politicians. They do this across the board so read the reviews for shipping delays and DO NOT ORDER you will never get the product on time or not at all.
Great shorts
In the last year I have purchased three pairs of “Performance Fishing Shorts”. They are well made, great price and I use them for biking, hiking and swimming! I’m 79 years old and these shorts make me feel great because they are in my opinion, stylish! Thank you, Knute Niehoff
Great customer service!
I ordered 4 shirts from Bassdash and received 3 within a short period of time. The 4th never showed up. I contacted Bassdash, and Bella Sun in customer service confirmed it was lost in transit. She had a replacement shipped immediately. She answered all my emails promptly and provided me with a tracking number for the replacement shirt. Obviously, losing the package was in no way the fault of Bassdash. These shirts are made very well, and the camo patterns are fantastic. I got one for spring turkey, dove, archery, and early duck. Thank you very much Bella and Bassdash!

I honestly have to say the customer service team at bassdash is A+ I was sent the wrong color shirt and I inadvertently ordered the wrong size... I reached out to customer service they responded quickly to my email and resolved the issue in a matter of day's less then a week kudos... No back and forth, they genuinely were eager to help with my issue....Thank you customer srvice for making it easy...

Great customer service and amazing products
I made a order and wasn't paying attention to what email I entered, seen the money withdrawn from account, but didnt see any email confirmation. I messaged customer service and they were quick to respond to show the mistake I had made. As far as the product itself the hooded shirt and the camo pants are some of the best early season clothes I have ever purchased! Fit perfect, stretch well and they breath so you arent suffocating while hunting early season in the south or turkey season on those 80-100° days. I recommend this company to any bow hunters or southern outdoorsmen who hunt, fish or hike in the heat. On top of all that the price is unbeatable for the quality. Thanks again for the great products and quick response on the customer service side.

Scam Return Policy
Bought waders from this company. Took a fishing trip to a river and immediately the front pocket of the waders filled up completely with water soaking everything inside. They offer a "water resistant zipper" but that doesn't matter because water leaks in from the bottom corner. Contacted their customer service who told me basically to pound sand since the product was used. How else are you supposed to know if waders work without using them? Terrible China based company. Unable to leave review on their website. Scammy.

Buyer Beware! Poor Customer Service due to manufacturer defect!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I received this item with a manufacturer defect due to the chest strap being installed incorrectly. The whistle on the chest strap is pointing downwards as well as the logo is upside down rendering the item unusable. I reached out to Bassdash customer service for a replacement, and they not only refused my replacement due to the item being used even though I literally just opened the Amazon package. They chose to harrass & ridicule me via email and state I am not entitled to a replacement or refund. I quickly contacted Amazon customer service & they issued a full refund without returning said item with absolutely no issue. I will NEVER buy a Bassdash product EVER again!!!
Bassdash Flex Wading Boots
I have purchased 2 pairs of wading boots over the past 18 months. The oldest were given as a present to my friend and I bought a pair for myself 6 months ago. At the weekend both mine and my friends boots fell apart, the sole becoming detached from the boots. I contacted Bassdash and they suggested the glue can degrade over time especially if the boots are used infrequently! They clearly have an issue with the glue quality and these boots should be recalled until the problem is resolved. The boots are Bassdash flex wading boots! BUYERS BEWARE. After 2 weeks Bassdash extended their warranty to 6 months bringing the boots under warranty. New pair arrived yesterday. Hopefully the glue issue has been resolved with these boots. This is the response that should have been given originally.
Poor customer service poor workmanship
By elsewhere, I’ve had a pair for a little bit they started to leak. I reached out to the company. They can’t do anything because apparently I bought them a while ago they leak where the boot connects to the fabric for quality, poor workmanship, poor customer service by elsewhere.
Return Process is slow and difficult
Return Process is slow and difficult. It seems to require getting a return authorization code but it is unclear how that process works. I filled out a form and sent it but after 24 hours never received a response. There is no customer service phone number to call.
