Seems to be very hit and miss as a lot of these sites are. Two of the three swimwear sets I ordered fit well. I returned one after being offered part refund to keep it but it didn’t fit so what was the point. Still waiting on the refund. When I emailed to follow up a month later I was told to give it more time….proceed with caution and be prepared to lose money if it’s doesn’t fit. I’m happy with part of my order. Won’t order from them again though on the back of the hassle with my refund for my return

I received good customer service when the 2 swimsuits I ordered didn't arrive on time. I would recommend ordering at least a month in advance of when needed. I emailed several times because the tracking stopped updating and received a reply each time. The company figured out the problem and let me know what to do. The swimsuits are good quality. I really like one of them. The other doesn't have the full coverage on the bottom I hoped, but I was already thinking that might be an issue based on the photos. The site recommended an XL when I entered my measurements. I am normally a L and they were a good fit except one of the tops is a little loose. Good overall experience considering how hard it is to purchase clothing online that actually fits, except I only have 1 swimsuit that fits instead of 2 that I paid for and it makes no sense to return according to other reviews. Do NOT expect to return anything. According to most other reviews, you will pay for it and it will take forever.

I wear a size small but my boobs are medium-sized (Bra size 32B) and I usually struggle to find swimwear that fits perfectly. However, with Beachsissi, I never struggled with my sizes. The bra's and bottoms always fit perfectly and I did not have to get a small bottom and a medium top, small fit perfectly for everything. I was so impressed! The material of the swimwear is of good quality, it does not feel cheap and is comfortable on the skin!

The items I ordered took longer to come than stated. Some of them were nice but the quality was not worth the cost. When I emailed Beachissi to start a return for 2 items, I realised that this was not going to be straightforward at all. Each question I asked was answered with a question and eventually after 5 emails and 5 days they gave me my return options which someone has already listed below. I completed the return and took it to the post office and £19.50 later the 2 items are on their way back to China. Clearly Beachissi do now want you to return anything and make it as expensive and hard as possible. If I had known that any returns would have to be sent back to China I would not have ordered from Beachissi or at least made 100% sure that I would keep the item.
Their returns policy is very misleading and I will not be ordering again.

The quality is good how I expected it and arrived faster than estimated. However, the carrier they use in Canada is bad; didn’t delivery it to my address and had to go the warehouse to pick it up.

I received my bathing suit in a timely manner(fits well but the color is definitely off from the website; however I do like the suit), but have yet to receive the dress that I ordered on 4/27. It has been a month. I did receive a tracking number. It was coming from China, but now since it has reached the US I no longer can track it. I am hoping I like the dress as much as the bathing suit. I tried calling them, but can’t find a legit phone number.

All of our items are taken in-kind, but due to the affections of display, lighting, surrounding environment, etc, there may be slightly color difference, we have tried to minimize the color difference, thank you for understanding.
My experience was good. The bikinis are of good quality and 100% reliable material. The patterns they chose to match the example image and fit the body very well; the bottom was a little big on both so be careful which one you would choose. Recommend for the quality!
