Very slow to ship. Wood stove parts arrived and were missing one of four screws. Did not contact seller to replace screw as I had one, but given the price of such parts they need to be complete.

Quick and easy buying with Belle Flame
My general contractor referred me to the site, and I purchased the gas heater from them. The shopping experience for the item I wanted to buy was easy, and the shipment was received as expected. Their prices are relatively lower than others during a flash sale.
SCAM! Save yourself a headache
Waited 2 weeks with no communications from company and no updates on my order. Finally reached out and was told it would ship on Monday. Reached out again on Monday and was reaffirmed it would ship, at end of day it hadn’t shipped so I requested they cancel the order and refund me. I received an automated email that my order was canceled and I’m now on day 4 of waiting for a refund that I think I’ll have to dispute with my card issuer.

Belle Flame was easy to reach a US based person, they helped me change the delivery address to our job site (just as it was shipping) and they shipped my oversized freight FAST and very well custom crated. The burner I bought was available from many companies, but this was the best price, and turned out to be stellar service.

I ordered a patio fire table. And while it was damaged on arrival the folks at Belle Flame were considerate and worked to help resolve the problem. I appreciated their interest in making me happy. I would buy from them again.

All items in the order arrived undamaged, delivery took longer than advertised and it required me contacting the company to get a tracking number. That's what kept them from getting five stars

I ordered a product in August. The website says delivery days are between 4 and 10 business days. After 45 days, I still haven't received the product even though my credit card was charged. Despite calling 10 times to ask what's going on, I was told they don't have the product and I still haven't received the credit card. Beware of this company. This company immediately charged my credit card, misrepresented delivery dates twice and hasn’t returned phone calls seeking clarification. One can only assume that Belle Flame is a fraud. I have disputed their charge with my bsnk.

Echoing other reviewers here. Was told multiple times that my item would be 'received in 2 weeks', and it was never shipped. Eventually cancelled order and money was refunded. No restitution for my money being held for 2.5 months. DO NOT buy from this business.

This company needs to work on their customer service and shipping. This took way too long to reach its final destination and too much of my time trying to reach out to the company. But not a scam!**** I gave 1 star because I couldn't give a lower rating! Contacted this company while awaiting shipping. Contacted 3 times prior to someone responding. I was told my item would be shipped on Tuesday, finally, via email. It's Thursday and its still not shipped. I'm ready to file fraud charges against this company due to poor communication and I feel that it is fake.
I had a terrific experience
I had a great experience. I ordered a &2" brand new fire place with accessories, around $10k worth of goods. Belle flames delivered all of the product with no damages. I was really impressed and happy. I got everything to me on time at a great price. Thank you Belle Flames. The fire place looks awesome.

Avoid This Company – Dishonest and Incompetent I had an absolutely terrible experience with Belle Flame. I ordered a water heater that never shipped for over a month. Every time I reached out for updates, I was met with vague excuses and delivery dates that kept getting pushed out. When I expressed frustration about the lack of accountability, I was told they had finally received my order and would ship it out “on overnight.” That turned out to be another empty promise. After multiple calls asking for a tracking number, their representative told me he would call me back in 5 minutes. Not only did he never call back, but 20 minutes later the company canceled my order without my consent. This company operates with zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero regard for customer service. They misled me repeatedly, wasted weeks of my time, and then canceled my order rather than resolving the issue. Belle Flame is dishonest, unreliable, and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this reseller.

Parts I received were just what I ordered, quick service and honest business!
If only there were negative stars…
If only there were negative stars… I had a very poor experience with Belle Flame. They sold me a water heater that turned out not to be in stock, then kept me waiting over two months while claiming there was a manufacturer shortage (which the manufacturer later confirmed wasn’t true). When I finally asked for a refund, it took another 60 days—and I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back. Based on this, I cannot recommend them.
Ultimately a success
The barbecue was slow to ship and the first two times it arrived broken. I guess these ceramic bbqs are just very fragile given the weight. BUT - 1) I'm not sure whether that's on belleflame or the shipper and 2) more importantly, Lionel in support was great, and worked with us to get the shipment re-issued both times, and it ultimately got here safely.
