评价综述
AI 生成Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally find the available products very comfortable, lightweight, and effective for sun protection, while also appreciating the straightforward online ordering process. Many people truly love the fashionable clothing designs and appreciate how well these items perform during various daily outdoor activities and sunny days. Some reviewers were not happy with the slow delivery times and reported frustrating experiences when trying to contact customer support for returns and exchanges. Customers also mentioned that the sizing charts can often be quite inaccurate, leading to clothing pieces that feel too tight or feature inconsistent fits.

The availability of size guide that is…
The availability of size guide that is customised to each product, not a generic one (since each product has its unique design) is an impressive feature of the Beneunder experience. Referring to the weight and height chart under each size guide to find the most preferred fit is intuitive and easy.
Good quality and good customer service.
Excellent customer service
Respond quickly! Excellent customer service! Very good products.
my worst online shopping experience
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my recent shopping experience. I purchased five items from website, but only received four. When I contacted customer service about the missing item, they insisted that all five had been shipped, which I find both unprofessional and unacceptable. As if the missing item issue wasn’t bad enough, the return process turned out to be even worse. The website advertises "free returns," but when I asked for a prepaid return label, I was told it’s not provided. Despite my efforts to get clarification on how to proceed with the return, the customer service failed to give me a clear answer, causing me unnecessary delays and wasted time. This has been, by far, my worst online shopping experience. The lack of accountability for the missing item and the unclear, misleading return policy have made me lose trust in your brand. I expected much better from a company like Beneunder, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and betrayed.
Good product of Sunglass
Good products, affordable price!
I liked the sunglasses
I liked the sunglasses I bought & I'm willing to take same as a gift to my best friend. The box to put the foldable sunglasses is great to save place to put in my handbag. It can be hung in my bag

I chose express shipping with my first order, but it still took almost two weeks to arrive with one item delayed more days. Hope they can really keep their shipping promise. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the quality, practical yet stylish design of Beneunder clothes and accessories.

Fast delivery and good quality
Fast delivery and good quality products. But many imitators online which is taking away sales from Beneunder. If Beneunder can bring their prices down further, it will make more people buy the real thing.
